Awesome teacher! I you want to learn something about photography, he'll teach you everything. He may not teach like the best teacher, but one on one he has lots of wisdom. Ask him to show you his work in photography and printmaking. He's an awesome artist, and maybe can rub off on your work.

Whoever gets a chance should enroll in at least one of his classes, it is a privilege to have him teaching at our school. We aren't so often exposed to such virtuous art faculty members in a bachelor's program. He is intuitive, passionate about the subject, and will work extra for those students who are self-motivated. His has a knack for expressing humor. Highly recommended.

This guy is AMAZING. If you truly want to LEARN at the LSU dept. you MUST take classes from him or Susan Patt. The other teachers are all jokes, and getting A's in their classes is about if you're their pet or not. With Erhard he is fair, honest and a professional in his field. Definitely one of my favorite professors.
