Comment:

His exams are very easy as long as you study. He can be a little forgetful and is not tech savvy at all; meaning he puts your grades on a sheet of paper in a binder. He gets a little frustrated with students at times. His grading criteria is a little unclear, but for the most part he's a nice guy and a good professor.

Comment:

Not only does he not upload grades EVER but he also constantly puts in the wrong grade(s).He barely knows how to use a power point and does everything through paper including grade keeping. He constantly loses your work and will give you other peoples grades by mistake. His lectures are long and often gives the same lecture twice. Very forgetful.

He may at one point have been a good professor but now it is time for him to retire. He will constantly forget what was asked or what was assigned. He has trouble hearing but will yell at the class that they must "Feel Dumb" for not knowing the answer, even though the class did answer it..

Kind man & well respected but a disorganized, confused, jumbled mess. Forgets what he taught & re-teaches it. Much of his info is out of date. Still using transparencies & can barely work a powerpoint. Very difficult because he is all over the place. Grading erratic. Run don't walk away from this class. You'll learn nothing & work hard for it.

He's not very organized, is very repetitive, and can be very condescending. The class is interesting but I'd rather read the book than go to class. Do the study guide and you'll get an A.

By far the worst class I've taken at VC. He's a super sweet guy and I'm sure he means we'll but this class was a waste of time. Very unorganized, unclear lectures, teaches different terms and concepts than the book. I feel bad because the man is obviously passionate but if you want to understand and learn don't take him.

Not the most organized prof. out there. Took this class in a condensed 10wk setting. He cares about his students, very repetitive but if you're paying attention all the repetition is outlining the test questions. Tests are short answer NOT multiple choice. Once you accept his way of teaching and testing, no reason not to get at B at least.

I took Professor Keiper for API and am currently taking him for APII. He is very funny and loves to tell stories. His lectures are long, but he will help you if you need it. You need to study after each class. Accepts "late" assignments. Tests are tough but straight forward. You cover everything in class and he gives you the tools you need to pass.

I loved working with Professor keiper, he is such a great professor. He knows his material and is committed to helping his students understand. It is important that you attend class and read the book; this course is no walk in the park. I truly enjoed learning from him!

I truly enjoyed taking this course with Dr. Keiper; this guy knows his stuff. Anatomy and Physiology is a tough course, but Prof. Keiper will go out of his way in helping students to understand the material. You must attend lecture and you must read the textbook. If I had the opportunity, I'd take him for other Science courses. GREAT PROFESSOR!

Dr. Keiper is by far one of the BEST professors that I have had throughout my college career. He is very passionate in what he does and committed to his students. This guy knows his stuff! A & P 2 is not an easy course, but he is willing to do whatever he can to help you understand the material and get through his course. We need more like him!

Prof Keiper is a nice person. The material in this course is extremely hard. There is no way around it. You must read the material and study a ton. Don't sign up for this class if you can't dedicate a lot of time to it. He does his job and answers questions. I learned a lot from this class and thought he was an excellent teacher.

You will have to study to earn your A but you will learn a ton. Be patient, learn the material, get to know him and you will find an incredible teacher. best prof ever. clear and to the point and i got away with barely having to do much however i did read each chapter in the book. i found the notes hindering and liked reading from the book better. he's one of the best science profs at valencia. highly recommended.

In my opinion, Dr. Keiper is the best professor for this course. He teaches the class in a way that makes it easy for students to better understand the material and the subject matter. I passed Bio 1010 with a "B" because Professor Keiper gives extra credits opportunities. Thank you sincerely Dr. Keiper.

Professor Keiper is a one of the best professors I have had!!He is more than fair, nice, clear, helpful. Having said that it does not mean you do not have to study!!Like any class you have to study. Professor Keiper is worth the hard work. He has been around for so long he knows his stuff. You will be proud after leaving his course with so much knowledge. It was a true honor to be his student. Reading text, attendence and study in between will get you the A. Its a hard work but I feel so prepared. Dont cheat yourself with any other
