Literally the best professor. He's so passionate about what he teaches and he's a pretty easy grader. He's wears brown on brown on brown suits and is literally the cutest man you'll ever meet. I wish he was my grandpa

Dr. Koch is very intelligent. But when you need help, you have to approach him or else he has no idea. In order to get anything followed through you need to keep reminding him several times. Persistence is key. Debate tournaments are the best! The topics are great too.

If you are very organized, Prof. K is not for you. It is difficult to get grades back or feedback on anything but in-class debates. I like him, and I feel like I am learning alot, but as a professor, his organization/feedback could use some help.

Very good professor and a fun class. If you like to argue you should take COMM 212. And if you take COMM 212, you will have Dr. Koch, no one else teaches it. It is only offered fall semester and is only one day per week, for one hour.

Classes are question and answer based, which is good because you do not have to sit through boring lectures. However, if you do not ask questions the punishment is a long lecture. The lectures, however, are not that that bad.

Very intelligent. Probably too intelligent, makes what he is saying hard to understand. He likes group participation and it's possible to get the final eliminated if you participate throughout the semester.
