This man is a certified idiot. I took ENG 205 with him online, class was extremely easy got an A on all my assignments. One week I was out of the country and blackboard wasn't working, I submitted assignment through email and the idiots email isn't even setup. He had no remorse and gave me an F. Cant even dispute it. Lowered my GPA considerably.

Comment:

He is the worst professor i ever had in my life. He gives a lot of work(papers). I used the same papers that i used for my honors English class which i got A+ in all of them, but no i get to have c+ in my paper. he gave me this grade because i "wasn't participating in class". In other words don't take him and save your money and time.

Class is basic at best. It's not bad, but it's not good. A bit lenient with absences, but the guy is stiff. Get in, participate in class, then get out. Be simple and to the point. My only problem is that a paper I got an A+ for my English honors I received only a B+ for in his class.

Good teacher! Very clear with what he wants and expects from students. Always reminded of us of upcoming assignments. Tends to be monotone and has a sort of dry sense of humor but overall good professor.

I enjoyed taking his critical thinking class. I don't understand why more people didn't get more out of it? You do need to pay attention and turn your assignments in on time, but don't you for all of your classes. Overall, he was a wonderful teacher and an interesting person.

Participation is VERY important in this class but it's on interesting topics. only wrote like 3 papers. He's a really nice guy, funny. Just show up, participate, do good on your essays and you will be golden!

Steve Rayshick is a reasonable man. He expects that you will attend class (he allows 10 absences out of 40 classes) and participate. On the first day he explains that if you participate and get your papers in on time you will do fine. There are only like 3 due dates so thats not hard... Overall an easy A and I personally like Steve

So I orginally had Harris don't take him then switched to Rayshick class is mostly easy I copied and pasted an essay from online got a B- not bad. Guy is super boring very monotone. If you can deal with that take this class. Super easy just show up and answer question he answers then asks again. Horrible teacher however

Took online course with a friend: Bad teacher, tons of work; reading, postings, essays. Worst than an english 102 class. plays favorites and is bias, ignores you if he doesnt like you. If you take an overall look at the class, in theory it should be an easy A. You have two essays, a midterm, and a final. Class participation is key, even if what you talk about seems like common sense, you must speak up to get credit. One of the only teachers who has ever given me a B on my papers instead of an A.

He is tough and demanding but a good teacher. I got better feedback from him than either of my other two English Professors at this school. There was a lot of work and fast paced due to it being a summer session class, but a very good class overall. I would recommend him, but not if you are lazy.

One of the toughest graders around and the most boring class ever. No homework was ever really assigned and no quizzes or tests. Just 2 essays, a midterm and a final. Must participate in class. If you do the work WHEN REQUIRED you'll pass easy.

Good teacher. Great class. An A is very do-able in his class but he'll make you work for it. Stay on time with everything and be thorough and you're good.
