Tom is great! He is extremely helpful and really knows his stuff. Hes not too strict except on production days, when you have to be in class. Keeps all his lecture notes online so you can access them whenever if you miss a class. Easy going and funny. Tests are 50% hands on and very easy to pass.

He knows the media industry, but a couple of the lectures were not in line with what is taught in a general marketing class. Way too much emphasis on production in a writing class. He has his favorites. Probably a reasonably good teacher, just not for this class.

This man is awesome, very cool and funny at times. He gives assignments that immidiately pertain to what you are learning and doesnt make you spend aeons in lectures taking nots. Most importantly he knows just exactly what the **** he's doing. A definite recommendation.
