I've never had more hw in my life and I'm at the Graduate center! He's rude + inaccessible. Lives in FL.I'm supposed to graduate this semester and now have to deal with the grade he gave me to see if I still can with admin at the school. He is not understanding. He gives more than 9 hours of hw/week. About 4 tasks/wk. Don't take his class

I am supposed to graduate this semester of 2020 May and now I will most likely not because of the amount of his work and absurd grading standards He answers his emails but he is rude to deal with. He is one of these new teachers who has something to prove which is likely why he gives so much work. Be ready for 9 hrs+/week of work. Avoid him!

This is by far the worst class Ive ever taken. Baruch need to really Access the hybrid option for Math0120 as all students learn differently. This is a 100% self taught class and just imagine being out of school for yearsto teach yourself Math! Its like youve been set-up to fail. If youre a math guru take the class but If youre not pls run!

Class required additional 100 dollar online text. Very little support or interaction with the Professor. This class taught me how to self teach and I don't mean that in a positive way.

Heed my warning and avoid this teacher at all costs. He does not care his students. He has his assistant teaching the whole time and only shows up for the final. The assistant is not a good teacher either. Baruch has many good teachers but this is the first where I feel my money could have gone to a better teacher.

I don't know if those students who left negative reviews really had a bad experience or if they were just cry babies because I have no complaints over this professor. He does his job, explains the material clearly. He is very strict and doesn't babysit anyone so do your work and practice at home and you won't have any problems.

Here's the deal: Professor Wang may not be the nicest of the bunch but his job is not be your friend--he's there to teach. If you ask for help, he will give it to you. He's punctual, can be rude and dry but never disrespectful. Do the work, practice and study. No one fails you--you have to work hard like any other class if you want to pass.

I took his class on fall semesters of 2014, and i dint pass it. Honestly, he just had been to the class twice time, the 1st day of class and final day, the only one who explained the class was his assistant and his assistant DOES NOT Explain well the class, it is terrible!I took the class again , and i passed, because i got a nice professor!

Online Math in Contemporary Society 102. Clear syllabus and rubrics, answered questions promptly. It wasn't easy, but if you do the work there are no surprises. Make sure you are fully comfortable with Pearson's My Math Lab, and use it.

This guy was horrible. He did not even teach the class. He had a lecturer teach who was really cool and helpful, but then for the final he shows up and gives us some test that nobody seemed to know where it came from. We were told to study the department final, it was far from that. Stay away not worth the 65 hours of stress for a P, F!!!!

This miserable man didn't even teach the class, which was good because I don't think I would have been able to handle it. When you do try and interact with him he is rude, nasty, and is the only professor I've ever met who truly could not care less about his students. He's absolutely awful.

You'd better be ready to get your learn on. Tough as heck, but man, this guy can drill. You will learn. Crazy amount homework (DO YOUR HOMEWORKS); try to avoid the summer course. Great preparation for SOA FM exam.

This 'intro' online course covers too much material for a 14 week semester. The interactive eBook basically did all of the teaching. He required interaction on Facebook which the CUNY administrators can't monitor. Ridiculous amount of hours per week in addition to 2 tests and an exam that require way too much time to prep for. Stay away!!

Nice lady and seemingly knowledgeable but her accent is as noted before extremely thick If you really want to learn the material here are the choices read the book over and over, take another professor, or wait for next semester. The exams are hard and she expects a small presentation from students all difficult if you can't understand the prof.

Took him for the summer course. If you're not going to work hard for your grade, don't even bother taking this class. Do not be late to his class. Study the textbook problems for the quiz. His exams are similar to the final, except that it is both multiple choice questions and non multiple choice. If you understand those, you'll pass the final.

I am not a math major nor ever been in his class. I just wanted to ask him some questions about a class that he teaches. I said "excuse me" when I saw him outside of his office, but he just ignored me and shut the door. This happened twice. I am not his student. I don't know him. All I know is, he is an Asshole! Up Yours!

Money ill spent. Super easy 2 exams (40% each). Homework 10%, participation 10%.You can get out with A, but learn virtually nothing. Might as well buy economics book and watch business news on daily basis, no need to spend time going to class.Professor is willing to answer questions, but accent kills it all.
