Dr. Carll has a reputation within the School of Interiors as a tough professor: and tough she is! however, the woman knows what she's talking about. She is incredibly knowledgeable about design theory and pushes you to do your absolute best; she may seem a little "crusty" or intimidating, but she genuinely cares about the well-being of her students

Dr. Carll gets a bad reputation because yes, she is a hard teacher. But if you are respectful to her, pay attention in class, and keep her involved with your work throughout the semester, she will respect you and your work and at the end of the day, will give you the grade you deserve.

Dr. Carll has great intentions. She really does know the important things that aren't taken too far into consideration because they seem to be more "boring." She will make sure everything you do is ADA accessible. She is a little difficult and has a bad attitude and will always find the negatives. But I think it is got a good reason.

This class is sooo hard and she is extremely mean. If you miss class for a good reason (sick, death) she does not care at all. Don't take this class unless you have to! And if you have to, good luck.

I think this woman is bi-polar. If you are going to take her class, try to check her mood before you approach her for help. The reaction you'll get depends on the day, evidently. I saw at least 3 different personalities during the same semester.
