Taking stats through distance probably isn't easy to learn for any non-math people, but Prof Bishop is excellent about letting students hand in things early for a review-- if you put in the effort to try and learn, he gives you all the points he can.

brutal class.. easy if you can memorize his exam "review" sheets (usually the same question with slightly different numbers). not surprising if you get an A+ take him for finite for an easy math credit

This guy is actually funny. He comes in dressed ultra casual unlike any of the profs and carried assignments in a plastic bag. This guy to a degree is an authentic character of his own and I give him credit for that.

Bob Bishsop should definately stop teaching this class... the enitre lessons consited of him going over our assignments and giving us the answers!! how is that supposed to help us?! the result...you teach yourself almost everything. If you ever have to take this class please steer clear of him.. especially if you are taking it through distance.

Probably a nice guy but far too hard prof. Speeds through material and gives unnecessarily hard exams. Probability of failing or dooing poorly on final exams might be excessive. Never wind up in that class, if you do - GET OUT.
