By far the WORST professor I have ever had a UNF! Does not care about his students at all. Does not give feedback at all, always says refer to syllabus and rubric. Is an extremely tough grader and is SUPER rude. Does not teach at all and makes up his own test and quizzes. Which are very difficult since he tells you to read the book and doesnt teach

He is extremely hard grader and he will not give you sufficient material to complete discussion posts. His due dates are very weird. He claims discussions are due on Thursday, but if you wait until Thursday to complete it, he will definitely take some points off. Group projects are an absolute nightmare. He is rude and sarcastic to his students.

This was by far the most frustrating online class I have ever taken. He claims that discussions are due on Thursdays, but if you dont have it done by Tuesday, he will absolutely not give you full credit. He is rude and sarcastic. Seems to go out of his way to make you feel dumb. I wouldnt take another one of his classss even if it was free.

I took the online intro management systems class, I ended up with an 88. I could have gotten a A easily but this man is such a hard grader on the discussion posts and he is extra! If you take this class you should go to office hours to get more instruction on the discussions to get better grades. All quizzes on quizlet tho so thats a plus.

Professor Kavan is a very serious man and he is a tough grader. He chose two books under $30 together as our "textbooks." We did two book report group projects and one individual article presentation. Overall the class was easy but he makes you work for the grade. Make sure to pick a good group!

Pointless class full of outdated material. Professor is vague and grades harshly. The group project has a long ambiguous rubric yet you receive no feedback whatsoever with your grade. Do the extra credit.. you'll need it. Tests and quizzes are fairly easy if you read the textbook.

Kavan doesn't understand the principles & concepts of PM. His info is outdated. He's completely ambiguous, inconsistent, & unclear. He does not care about his students. I can't believe UNF allows him to teach students. He's an embarrassment to UNF's business school. Don't take PM. You'll save money & get more out of an online CAPM/PMP course.

Do not take this class; it is completely useless and out dated. The professor provides no prior instructions and then tears your work apart for not being exactly how he wants it. 20 year old topics. Professor even proclaims that MS Project is not a worthwhile project management tool! It is by far the worst class I have taken in my academic career.

Avoid this professor at all costs. If you dare challenge an idea or ask for an alternate view you will be crucified and humiliated. Feedback for work completed will be infrequent and not particularly meaningful. Also his information appears to be dated so should you manage to learn something it will be immediately obsolete.

This professor is a genius. With that said his intention is to challenge every student and to enhace the UNF MBA program-its sad that the students do not understand that. He is a do****ented leader in the field, and continuously leaves to consult, then returns just to educate. This was the most challenging class ever taken, and I am at 1% of pop.

Worst professor ever! He point blank told us that his intention is to fail students who aren't worthy of an MBA by his standards. We spent over 10 hours on the first presentation and got a 78. We followed his feedback to a "T" and still got a 78 on the second presentation. When we questioned him, we were told that a 78 was good.

I got an A, but it was one of the worst classes I have ever taken. Doesn't let students know journal/powerpoint grading formula until after the fact, and having it doesn't help for the 2nd project. Powerpoints are 'meant to evaluate research skills', but are actually graded on how 'pretty' they are. Pick a group member who is a powerpoint pro.
