It's a hard class, so any professor you take is going to be difficult. I learned so much more in his course than I did in 241 with Dr. Bae, however I still ended up with a B. He's a great instructor and does have a curve but it's just such difficult material that not many people get an A.

He is rude and doesn't care how the students do. His tests aren't extremely hard, students just don't have enough time to finish. He isn't helpful at all. I aced the final and still got a B. I do NOT recommend taking him.

love his personality, a very nice guy. I've just beed to his lectures couple of times but I heard he is always late. Tests are okay, he curves big. If you want a good grade in his class u should study hard.

I find his lectures okay if you've read the book beforehand or if you are following along in your text. Otherwise, it is not worth going to class for. His curve seems to be good though and he tries to answer questions-- he is on another level though.

"Dr. Rocks" as he is more commonly known to his old buddies is a top-notch climber in all areas. Beware of nuclear retina-buring pink tights and the sometimes dangerous head-bob. The mullet can become a distraction for the ladies at the crag. Also note that he responds well to Scooby Treats. Watch out for the approaches to any multi-pitch route!

He has a mullet!! His lectures are tough to understand (unless ur a professional chemist), but are right out of the book so lecture is pointless. Tests are not bad. He has a great curve!! I definitely recommend his class.

Tests are very long. He tests on little details that Prof. Han would never bother with, but overall he is much easier! I had Han for o-chem 1 and bennet for o-chem 2, his tests may not be easier but he gives out great curves. Overall, he is better than all other o-chem professors at UNLV.

He's a good teacher...except that he was ALL OVER THE PLACE. I was exhausted at the end of class from watching him run around like a freak. He curved and gave extra credit, but only b/c his tests were impossible to complete, and do well on. I got a B+, but I'd never take one of his classes again.WHE

I wondered sometimes if he was on speed cause he was always jumpy. Study the study guide and the book not the problems!!!! He seems to look for the little things. Study mechanisms but he is sure better than Han!!!

I don't know what these guys are talking about. He was always in his office hours in the library, which I think was awesome! Very tough class though. I got a C. I still think he is the better choice for O. Chem. profs at this school. He knows English, and he explains it to you well. Don't get behind
