He's okay. He does have a clear grading criteria and great lectures, but he is super strict about participation in the course and being in class. If he catches you walking out of class to go to the bathroom or look at your phone, he marks you absent. Also, get ready to be tested heavily. And it's a big chunk of your grade. So be ready!

A great professor!!! Always keeps the class engaged and good at answering questions and working with discussions. Be ready to discuss and read but it's all worth it. Great teacher, my favorite through all four years

Dr. Churchill is an incredible professor and person. I feel so lucky to have wound up in his class. Now, I might take more from him. He's fair and does everything possible to help us prepare for tests. I have to laugh at the pathetic review of him here from the other day. A second grader could write better than that! It's really not even English.

I do not recommend taking this class because he only gives test and your grade is only based on test and his test are rediculios and you can't read his hand writing and he makes notes for us to copy down from the bord and his hand writing is so poor and in readable

Churchill was great I would recommend taking his intro to sociology class. Easy A He has four tests that are multiple choice but he gives you all the questions beforehand! He does make the answer choices not completely clear, but if you take notes and listen in class you will do fine. You can easily see the passion he has for sociology

I had never taken a sociology course before so I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was very happy with this class! He is a great professor and you can tell that sociology is his passion! He gives a study guide before every test with all the questions that will be on the test! He challenges you but it is possible to do well!

great teacher! He makes it clear what he expects of you and if you do what he asks you will have no problem understanding material and doing well in his class. He makes what you are learning interesting by using current issues as discussion topics. There is an extensive paper towards the end but the topics you choose from are very compelling.

He is one of the best profesor in STAC. Also, I find him to be very clear in his objective and lesson plans. But, I would prefer for him to keep his shoes on, in class and in his office. Also, I think he is attractive and therefore I feel that every girl in STAC should take his class, if his lesson plan is boring, just look at his face uhhhhhhh...

Without a doubt, the best and most intelligent professor at STAC. He changes the way you view society and the world as a whole. Take his course on Propagnada and it will change the way you view the establishment media.

Dr. Churchill is a brilliant man, and a wonderful professor. His class, although taken as an elective, was one of my favorite classes at STAC. Very interesting, and extremely thought provoking. He is a fair teacher, and if you do your part, he will do his. He challenges his students and yet maintains their interest in the subject- AWESOME prof!

Brilliant man who clearly presents complex elements of society. After having this man you will never view society in the same light again. He is extremely intelligent and capable of becoming much more then a prof. at STAC. This man should be at USC, Harvard, Columbia, or NYU!
