Absolutely horrific. Avoid at all costs. I had to register, as I need this class for my degree. Dropped halfway through because he refuses to get up from his chair and teach. When students ask a question they get a sarcastic response, when asked to pause on a slide the answer is no. Fail one test, you fail the whole class. He's rude & doesn't care.

Awful professor, does not care about his job or his students, lectures are pointless, very self taught class. will not work with you on attendance (if you have a doctor appointment and you have to leave early) if you dont do well on quizzes or tests do not take this professor you will fail.

Doesn't teach, monotone, gets annoyed when students ask questions. Asked for help both early on & mid semester on what areas I should work on, tips, parts of the book to go over etc he said he "didn't know". HW/quiz layout is horrid. Withdrew & took it on online w/ opensuny & got an A and actually LEARNED the topic & LIKE it now. Take Marecki

There are chapter questions due every week and you also have a quiz after each chapter. There are no exams or finals. However, he doesn't teach you anything. The class was a 3 hour once a week class and we were usually there for an hour and a half taking the quiz, and then he would review questions but never taught us anything. Not a great prof.

Does not really teach what is going to be on exams, homework's, and chapter questions. He expects you to know all of it and not have questions. If you do ask questions he rolls his eyes at you and gives a short answer and really doesn't answer the question.

I found the class to be very straightforward. He makes it clear what is expected and the assignments have a consistent schedule, so you're not rushing to complete surprise assignments. He is a very fair grader. The grading structure makes it easy enough to pass. I recommend reading the chapter, then attending lecture to reinforce.

You really need to study to pass this class. Make sure for the first test you take it seriously and study for a few days till you know whats going on 100% or you will get a zero on the test and if you do your screwed. The rest of the class is fairly easy. Do the homework every week which is easy and he doesnt even look at. Do the extra credit.

This class is terrible, and so is the professor. He assigns reading and homework before he teaches the material. You have to do homework questions out of the book, then do some more homework online. If he's reading this, please teach the material before assigning homework. I'm not paying to read a book, I'm paying you to teach me and not review it.

I tried to tell him about a problem that i was having with the online homework and all he told me was that that assignment closed already, which i already knew but it wouldn't let me complete it. he also speaks to students like you already should know what he is talking about.

Moves too fast, class is supposed to last three hours and typically let out after 45 minutes. Only shows examples once directly from the book then moves to the next. No emphasis on any important concepts. No reviews before test or even hints as to what will be on it. 30+ word problems a week with no feedback or corrections.

I would first suggest taking Intro to Acct before taking Financial Acct. Homework probably takes 4-5 hours a week but this is the kind of class that you need to read the book and work out practice problems by yourself so it's nice to have it assigned and get credit for it. There is nothing on the test that he doesn't teach in class.

GET OUT NOW! I thought I would be able to do this because I'm a hard worker and am very capable. He did not teach a thing. there were abbreviations that I had no idea about. I had to withdraw because after hours of trying to teach myself I couldn't. I had to spend a lot of money on this class. I will be taking it with another professor.

Smart guy, knows his stuff and you will learn a lot. Not the easiest class but is rewarding once finished. Do the homework and you will do fine, most of the bad comments are from people too lazy to do any work.

He is very demeaning toward students and not as available for help as he should be. Tons of work for the class. You can not miss a single class or you'll be lost. The online homework is pretty expensive and they are not all open so you can do them ahead of time.

This guy has the attitude of a businessman and thats what he brings to class. The subject is difficult and that is why the extra amount of work is given, he is trying to help you not hurt you. The work is somewhat a lot but commit to it and youll figure it out in class. He is italian and thats how our attitude is. "Say what u mean, mean what u say"
