Comment:
Dr. Falcone does not give extra credit or homeworks to students to get credit. His class is focused on 4 tests and if you fail all of them or 3 of them you won't pass. He does not even count attendance for credit. He fills the board with dashes instead of numbers and his jokes are NOT funny at all!!! Unfortunately, he is the only stats teacher.

Awful professor. So unclear and got off topic too much. His jokes are corny. I wish there was more stats professors. I thought his teaching style was not helpful.

Falcone is one of my favorite teachers at this school, he's so entertaining & so helpful. He definitely has his students' best interest at heart. Just follow his syllabus, try not to miss class (he takes attendance a couple times in the beginning of the semester then falls off) but pay attention during his lectures & DO THE LABS, good luck :)

I took his class for Stats I & II. I don't understand how people can say he isn't clear with what he's teaching. He assigns homework problems from the book, goes over examples in class (over and over and over). He's a great professor.

I took development psych as an online offering with him. He structured it uniquely in that there were no tests just lots of reading and responding. If you stayed on top of the work load you would be fine but I got a B because I was unorganized and didn't answer something on time. But he is brilliant and fair, and I loved learning from him.

I took Falcone for Stats 101 and I absolutely love it! I have an A average just by taking notes and reviewing my material weekly. The class is not super easy but it is not extremely difficult either. You just have to stay on top of the material. He didn't assign homework this semester.

Such a great guy and professor, he was enthusiastic about a boring subject in stat and was always there to help. I also had him for 425 and he was great in that class as well. As long as you show some what of a work ethic you'll most likely get a B in one of his classes.

Dr. Falcone is so funny. He keeps the class light while trying to teach a serious subject. Always read and practice problems from the book. Don't be afraid to ask questions. He's a very helpful person.

No textboo required for this particular class but he gave a lot of reading material which lead to notes or reflections for grades. We also had a project that we got feedback on throughout the semester. Fair grader, funny, extremely interested in the subject, and super helpful.

Dr. Falcone might be a nice guy with a ton of corny jokes but he was not a useful or clear professor. I did well in both his courses but felt the entire time that I was teaching myself. I've had much better professors in the past and I wish there was another option for a stat professor but unfortunately all psychology majors are stuck taking him

He is probaly the best teacher you can have for a tough subject like statistics. He does a good job of explaining the concepts in class with real life examples. I learned more in this class than I did as an undergrad. This is a hard class which requires weekly assignments to be handed in. Take this with an easier class so you don't get overwhelmed

He's a great teacher. You'll have about 4 exams. You'll need to stay on top of everything that we do in class and the "how are you doing" assignments in the text(like seriously). He has a cute/ wierd sense of humor but that's a good thing:-). Also, if you have any questions you can always go to him. I would take im again besides for Psy 310 & 311.

He is an alright guy. Kind of corny and boring. This is one of those classes where you kind of teach yourself. He's there for help but he's not really clear and direct about what he wants you to know. I would take him again...just not for statistics.
