Had Trimm for NSG 350 as well. Yes, all of the nursing courses are hard, probably the hardest courses you will ever take, and don't expect to make A's. Trimm is an extremely entertaining lecturer and if you study the pages she cites in the lectures, you'll do fairly well. Ask questions during lab and go to open lab. Practice, practice, practice.

Doesnt teach a thing. Says know everything because she doesnt even know whats on the tests. It was a self-taught class because all she talked about was her sex life and the male anatomy. She may have been nice but that isnt the point she cant teach.
