I liked this class a lot. Prof Hom was very helpful, gave out projects 2 or more weeks in advance, starts the assignments in class & goes over everything to make sure the material is understood. He even gives reviews the class before the exam. To fail this class{don't think its possible}I HIGHLY recommend Prof Hom

He teaches nothing in class. All studying was on your own. He told us to ask our classmates if we have any questions,but no one knew what was going on,even his favorites.He's a guys guy,with little respect for females. He's manipulative, and turns conversations to his benefit.AND he changes his mind on his own class rules.barely any hands-on in lab

not a bad teacher. Easy class test are kinda difficult but he tells you whats on them. Goes real slow to make sure everyone understands and is caught up.Nice person to know. Good network

First of he is A COLD AND INDIFFERENT PERSON!!!. If you dont pass his tests your grade sink. 40% is 2 written exams and 25 is your final. His test are based on true and false which are vague. GOOD LUCK. THE WORST EVER. IF YOUR REALLY WANT TO FAIL AND SMILE TAKE HIM. HE IS REALLY GOOD AT FAILING PEOPLE.

This was literally my worst experience at the school. Not a computer whiz but I did all the assignments, got A's on the projects and still managed to get a D in the class despite maintaining consistant attendance. If you do not get great test grades you can kiss your overall score to hell, because he is a tough grader. Extra credit barely counts.

Hes a nice man.But his class sucks.He really does want people to do good but his hints do not help.The codes for javascript r crazy and really unecessary to learn but we need to memorize them.Hom really is a nice guy but can not teach its nt his fault the subject matter is boring but he doesnt do much to make it fun.He does let u out earlysometimes

PROFF HOM IS A VERY NICE MAN, BUT THE CLASS IS HARD, YOU HAVE TO KNOW WHAT THE CODES MEAN, AND YOU HAVE TO PAY ATTENTION. HE IS A VERY NICE GUY, AND WANTS PEOPLE TO DO WELL. HE IS SIMPLY A NICE GUY, BUT IS IT HIS FAULT THE SUBJECT MATTER IS DIFFICULT, I DONT THINK ITS HIS FAULT. BUT THEN AGAIN, IF YOU HAVE NO COMP EXPERIENCE, THE CLASS IS HARD!

he is the least helpful professor i've ever had. you basically need to teach yourself the material because he only teaches for like 10 minutes, then sets you loose on typing codes into the computer. his first 2 tests were all from the text website, and the final was really hard. only plus side= easy HW and projects!

wow.. this guy is horrible. he is unclear and just because he gives a few hints about test questions he thinks he is like wonderful. he reads off a power point for 15 minutes and expects you to learn. the only reason anything is easy is cuz the projects and HW are jokes. most of the class is copying off a sheet to learn codes. I dont recommend him.

this class is sooo boring.. his notes are not good and hes not very helpful. projects ridiculously easy and HW has consisted of bringing in articles and performing simple tasks on WORD & EXCEL. 1st test= all questions from the text website. he does give hints for test questions sometimes..overall= assignments easy..projects easy.. class sucks.

Really easy to get an A! I thought it was amazing that people actually had a hard time in his class. Listen to what he says, he basically tells you the answers to tests. Projects are a piece of cake too. Highly recommended for an easy A.

Horrible ...Cannot teach,spends 5 minutes teaching. Never holds class for more then 30 minutes. He gives hundreds on all the assigments to EVERYONE. If you want to do absolutely nothing in class, then take him, if you want a real professor, stay away
