Dr. Moore is by far the funniest teacher I have ever had. I was in his night class which was 2 1/2 hours long and I was never bored by his lectures because he was so entertaining.

Comment:

Dr. Moore can be scary at first but once you get over the initial shock he is pretty funny. He gives you a review for the tests which is basically the test in order. If you go to class, pay attention, and don't bring much attention to yourself, you'll make an A.

Dr. Moore is super funny but really old school. He doesnt use blackboard or PowerPoints and doesnt allow cell phone use. The class is made up of 2 case briefs, 4 exams & a few quizzes. However, he drops your lowest exam grade. During lecture he often gets off topic & enjoys calling out students. If you can survive lecture you will pass the class.

Doctor Moore is a very funny guy but he is also an ass. If you have any questions, make sure your question is a good one because if it's a "dumb" question, you will get made fun of. He drops the lowest test grade and his tests are exactly what he puts on the review guides. I received an A in his class and didn't have to take the final.

Professor Moore is hilarious! By far the funniest professors I have ever had. His lectures sometimes go off topic and may seem pointless but he does not bore you to death. His classes keep you engaged. His tests arent bad. Just read the chapters from the book and take notes in class. His tests are easy and he drops the lowest grade!

Great lecturer but deviates a bit and can lose you if you are not paying attention. The most annoying thing in class are students who THINK they can keep up with his lectures by taking notes on their laptops. Leave your laptop at home and get ready to write everything you can down. It makes sense when you get the review guides for the tests!

He gets side tracked a lot and a lot. Very difficult to take notes in his class. Don't ask questions, unless you're prepared to be made fun of. I have him for 2 classes and I regret it! He's funny and very informative, I just feel I can't keep up with his lectures and not being able to asked questions.

Participation is somewhat graded but attendance is mandatory. Gives four tests, drops the lowest and you can pass without reading the book. You will have usually 3 questions from the book per test. He gives the tests back so study them! His lectures are interesting and will keep you engaged. You like him or you don't. I will take all his classes.

Reasons you MUST take Dr. Moore's classes: 1. He's the ONLY lawyer on TAMUCC Criminal Justice staff (Harvard Law School) 2. He is extremely intelligent, and spreads that knowledge to you 3. Incorporates real world knowledge and facts into lectures, not the same old dry out the book stuff 4. The guy is hilarious

Probably the most arrogant, bigoted, least helpful professor I've ever had. The first day of class he announced he was just here to give us our tests, he really doesn't care about learning at all. His lectures are unorganized and messy, and his reviews are completely unhelpful. He likes to test on things he's never taught too. Avoid his classes.

Everyone who I knew who was a criminal justice major told me to take moore for every class I could. I have no idea why. He is rude and ignorant. He often throws sissy fits and believes he is the smartest man in the world. his lectures are dry and will leave you more confused then you were going into the course.

Great professor, one of the best. Made class very interesting and never boring. Dr. Moore is very intelligent and can turn anything into a lesson, for those students who stray away from topic. Tests are not difficult if you study. Would definately take him again.

I highly recommend taking a class with Dr. Moore. He's very intelligent and makes the class enjoyable and entertaining, regardless of the boring and potentially hard-to-grasp subject matter. He has a unique sense of humor and is refreshingly blunt. Most of your grade will come from multiple-choice tests, and he offers extra credit.

Professor Moore is a fair guy. He cares about students learning and understanding the material in his courses. His test are easy only if you study the material. Professor Moore is an outspoken man. He has very candid responses to questions. I recommend anyone to take his courses.

Excellent teacher!! Very knowledgeable and funny. He does tease, but in good fun. Teaches law, but also shares life lessons. He may never know how much he has helped me by sharing... many times he has said something that I needed to hear. Helpful when you ask, but won't baby you. Fair. Truly cares about his students. An asset to TAMUCC.

Dr. Moore is such a character. He goes off on tangents A LOT but he does know his stuff. If you are easily insulted, I would stay away from him. But if you don't mind a little honest teasing, you will love taking his course. I have learned so much from him and his course and I have never even touched the textbook.
