Foss did a good job teaching. UCC is ALL about memorization. It's very straightforward, but the amount of material is immense.He takes points off your grade if you are late to class, even if it was only two seconds late and he has a very, very low tolerance for people who ask questions because he assumes everybody knows UCC as good as he does.

Foss literally wrote the UCC textbook. He is very clear and you know when you will be called on. Simply do the problems he assigns and you will do well in class and on the exam. He is very clear. HOWEVER, don't miss class or be late sice he will dock your grade. Very helpful after class if you have any questions.

Foss is a great teacher with a very dry sense of humor. Really enjoyed the class. The material can be hard, do not even try the class unless you want to work. Overall great.
