Mr. Wink knows his stuff. Sometimes he can become a little self involved but thats his personality. At a football game outside of the classroom he would still make himself very known and approachable and he was actually more fun outside of class. Other than that, if you involved yourself in the discussion, he would follow along meet you halfway

Took this as dual credit in 2012. All we did was listen to him drone on and on about politics and sweet potato tots and the whole class fell asleep! He was also very rude to us as some of us had to miss class for school related functions. Would NOT recommend at all! The book was easier to understand than he was! I somehow got a B!

Wink is an awesome teacher! He always speaks his mind and tells you what he thinks. He's also got a great sense of humor. The only times I've seen him frustrated is when someone is using their phone in class or not showing up for the first few weeks of class. I don't know why people think he's mean or hard. As long as you can read a book you're set

I loved mr wink!! I was so scared going into his class cause everyone said all these negative things but he's really not that bad. He's funny in his own way & is very real & honest. He tells it like it is! As long as you read the chapters you will make an easy 100 on the test. He was always very nice to me & helped whenever I needed it. Awesome guy

Interesting person lousy teacher. Think every high school dual credit student should take him to aperaciate the good teachers later. No longer lets you use book on test word spread to much for that any longer. The test are from the book lecture is not even of the subject most days. He is into current events and comparsion to college.

seriously, i have no idea why his rating is so low in easiness. this was by far the easiest college course ive ever taken and probably ever will. the lecture, though immensely boring is not necessary. he drones on and on about china but the tests are word for word out of the book, which, if you DO show up for lectures, he lets you use on the test.

Mr. Wink is different you could say. He does let you use your book but one thing about it on the test not all the time can you find the answers right out of the book you do have to understand what the book is saying. He does not teach right out of the book becuase the book is so damn confusing. He breaks it in layman terms if you wish ask for help

This guy is easy. Tests are straight out of the book, word for word, from a test bank. He lets you use the book on the test if you come to class regularly. Lecture isn't straight from the book and only whats in the book is on the test. Very easy if you read the book. I learn more reading than memorizing so I liked it.

I disagree completely with all of the other "rates" I enjoyed this class bc he doesn't teach straight from the book, he puts it into real life examples! He only gives tests, no homework, and he drops your lowest grade! I don't know many professors willing to help this much! Everyone gripping about having to read the book... shouldn't you be?

WORST teacher EVER!! nothing he talks about is on his test, so you will hopelessly read everything hoping you will make a good grade. I would study for HOURS and i pulled out with an "A"; however, he gave me a "C"!! I went and asked him about the grade (which he DID in fact make a mistake on entering) he was SUCH A JERK! He needs to be fired

Mr. Wink is prob. the WORST teacher I've ever had. All he does is sit up on the desk and talk about his political views and pretty much how bad the President sucks. I tuned him out and read the book during class. His tests are easy if you read the chs. -And he has 2 "essay topics" he gives you the class before the test...BS it and get easy points.
