Professor Abbasi was awesome. The class and lab are no walk in the park but if you show you are working hard, attend all of his classes and got to the ASC for help with the mastering you will do great. He is really there for you and will help if you ask for it. I would take him 10 times over again. Read the book, and ask questions.

Great teacher! Chemistry was not my subject but with professor Abbasi i got an A! i went to every class and studied he gives 4 multiple choice tests and some quizes. He gives extra credit and test reviews and notes on powerpoint. He's a great teacher. Take him for chemistry but you do need to study. An A is very possible!

very good chem teacher. I never thought I would be able to get this stuff but he was able to teach it to me. tests are not easy and missing a class it is hard to catch up, but with good attendance you will pass this class as he lectures well on tough material. helpful when approached before/after class. also teaches lab.

Mr. Abbasi is a great chem. professor. I took him for Chem 1 in Spring 06. I did not have much background in chem. before this class, but when I left I definately learned a lot about chem. from Mr. Abbasi. I highly recc. him! He is very helpful, esp. when you go to him after class, individually. I was upset that he didnt teach chem 2 in the summer!

He is very smart & funny. He teaches very clearly and gives lots of extra points.His class is not that easy,but if you study,you are in the right track.Here is little tip for you. I think it is rude and immature to complain about his accent, especially at the college level. His accent is not bad at all. He is also very, very helpful and his tests exactly reflect the homework material. If you are not doing well, you are not doing you're homework. He even gives extra credit problems!!!
