Reading is a MUST. The weekly tests are graded on a curve but they are specific. His lecture and "early bird specials" are helpful. He does not require to do much hw but the subject is not very easy.

Dr. Marks is a professor that knows his**** when it comes to Psychology. For this class he is not easy he gives quizzes every Thursday but he is nice enough to drop your lowest quiz score and he allows you to drop any other 2 quizzes u like. For this class you must have the book, come to every class, and be dedicated to it otherwise you won't pass

Pay Attention to the Lectures and take good notes all his quizzes and exams are from his lectures. he gives quizzes every week which helps with the midterm and Final and he throws out your lowest quizz grade which I thought was pretty cool yea he's older but he takes pride in his work and expects you to do the same.

Dr. Marks is a brilliant man and his life is teaching if you py attention in class and take good notes you'll pass the quizzes which he gives every week which I thought was great it brought ease to the midterm and final learn the terminology and you'll pass the class remimber he's rel big on attendance if you are 1min. late you are Tardy

Take it from a person that has took him 5 times if you want to pass you will get As, If you miss, classes then you will get a D or F. He is a good teacher really cares about his students. kinda goofy and crazy but he is the best

Dr Marks is clearly a very intelligent man who has spent his life invested in teaching the subject he's passionate about. BUT, I think that it may be time he considers retirement-He is very moody, cares for his students yet humiliates them, gives free answers on the tests but doesn't cover adequate material in class due to time wasted- frustrating!

Funny, hard, and plenty of experience. Doesn't bite his toungue at all. If you study you'll coast through the class. Runs his class by his syllabus, no exceptions. Still fairly hard but easy to pass with study.

neurotic-obsessed w/details + attendance + protocol. straightforward about grading so easy A if you read. tests every week. take both classes same semester works well. LOVED the bio psych but wish he lectured instead of groups summarizing book.

I thought he was a little abnormal himself but he is a great teacher. I was shocked that I made an A in the class but the way that he teaches the material I can see why I made an A.

Just got my first A! A lot of other students got B's and C's. Read, take notes, pay attention 2 the videos and you should get an A. BIG +!! Gave 3 freebies on the 1st 35 quesTION multiple choice quiz. Also gives xtra credit 4 presentations! NICE GUY!
