Really engaging. He'll ask WHY you gave the answer you did to a question. In other words, he doesn't let you just throw stuff up there to see what sticks; he makes you defend your answer. He's incredibly knowledgeable and enthusiastic about mathematics. You'll learn a lot, but keep up -- he gets impatient if you forget things you really shouldn't.

Very entertaining teacher to watch, but can be very rude. Usually rude to some specific people in the class. If you're not strong in the subject, he may not be the best teacher. Not helpful in class but very kind in his office hours. The work isn't hard, very simple. I would take his class again.

My favorite professor at Gallaudet University. He makes the class very entertaining; and at the same time you'll learn a lot from him. However, to earn his respect, you'd better know your numbers prior to taking his classes. And do not ask dumb questions.

He is the worst teacher I've ever had. He has an ego about the size of an elephant! He mocks and puts down people. He demands that you look at the question even when you're trying so hard to understand the problem! He belittles his students and when you ask for help, he goes way off the point. Horrible horrible teacher.

Doesn't go over homework, he's more concept-based, will show you how to do KINDS of problems. It's up to you to understand, do the homework and study and get your grade. Very clear and supportive. Good sense of humor - laughed in every class. Nice to have a GOOD DEAF teacher in a subject that's usually hard for me.

Very clear, very helpful, will berate you if you screw up on the little stuff, lets the big stuff slide and very easy to score high grades with. He only cares that you know the basics of mathematics and will give all formulas studied with all tests.
