This teacher is awesome. She makes her students a workbook thats affordable each semester that literally walks you through the class and papers you need to submit. Her PowerPoints are super helpful too, this class is an easy A if your willing to put the work, she makes me wish I had taken both my English courses with her.

This professor has no respect for her students when someone ask a question she will give you an attitude and she is very rude and always says don't ask for a extension and when asking for an extension she will say don't ask again in a very rude way she should not be teaching she has no respect at all el camino needs to have respectful professors.

She is very enthusiastic and gives good feedback with responses. Her lecture slides are good and book chp & provides online so u save $$. U still buy her $10 mandatory workbook. That's it. Book online. I had to drop, but I would've been good. She gives chance to resubmit for a final grade if you're unhappy w it. Login min 4 hours/week for attndance

Professor Hill is one of the greatest teachers you could get. She cares for her students. She's kind and hilarious. She has clear grading criteria, she has a website for her student's for missed lectures and for homework. Updates you on your grade, and gives great feedback. Available for her students by email 24/7.

If you are looking for an easy A, this is not the professor for you. She will challenge you! With that said, I enjoyed my semester with Professor, Hill. She is funny and her lectures slides are very helpful. There is a lot of writing but worth it. never thought I'd enjoy writing. The class is tough, however, she is very responsive and helpful

I never thought I could love or be so interested in English, but she changed my mind. The way she teaches, it is with so much passion. Her lectures might seem like a lot, but she has fun with it. She explains the assignments so there is no room for confusion. She gives great feedback. Overall, class is fun and she is down-to-earth and funny!

Professor Hill is a very good teacher. She makes learning enjoyable. Although her work may seem tough in the beginning, she makes sure to help as much as possible. She's smart, down to earth, understanding, and most of all, funny.

Professor Hill is by far the best professor I have come across. She replies to emails quickly, unlike past online professors I've had. Her essays require you to think outside the box but she helps you along the way! She gives great feedback and lets you know exactly why you missed points. I would definitely recommend her!

Professor Hill is an amazing instructor. She makes you think outside the box. She gives plenty of work and hw but don't get discouraged she gives examples on everything and makes it super easy. Do ur hw and you will pass. I would take again.

Professor Hill is brilliant. She cares her students, and she is very funny. HW every class, so you can't be lazy. Her lecture is very organized, so if you follow her instruction, you'll learn A LOT and a good grade. Readings are interesting, you don't get bored. If you want to learn, she is the best.

Professor Hill is a brilliant teacher. She cares her students. She is very organized, and knows what she is doing. HW every class, so you can't be lazy. If you follow her way, which will take you to a good grade, and you can learn A LOT. Her class is fun, absolutely my favorite class at ECC. Her Eng 1A is also highly recommended. Learn from her!!

Mrs. Hill demands a lot, giving at least 4 page essays or 2 page typed homework assignments. She's very clear in what she wants as she's a somewhat hard grader. You really need to work in this class, but she is really nice Also, she's obsessed with Star Wars.

Great teacher. gives alot of homework but as long as you do it you will be fine. do all the assignments and essays and you are guaranteed a good grade. she doesnt baby most students, she expects them to learn. i reccomend her

This is the MOST helpful instructor I have ever had. She has a website with assignments and lectures posted. She posts grades online. She has a course packet that explains all assignments in detail. She is available almost any time via email. She is not for babies who want a degree without effort, but for those who want to learn.

Attendance is mandatory. Her class is fairly easy. homework everyday which she does not grade hard if you do what she asks. she grades hard on essays, so start them early. Overall i liked her class and would recommend her.
