Ms. Hulsey is a wonderful teacher and I learned very much from her. She is someone that I came to respect and look up to. She has helped me very much in choosing career paths. I would take her for any class. A main reason why some do not like her is she WILL NOT spoon feed them. I got an A in Eng. 1010 and c in eng.1020. (c totally my fault.)

She really does not know what she is doing and some of her assignments, including her final exam, come out of left field. Our class recieved material for final exam a day before the exam was taken. Very poor Teacher

I had her for Edu. ed psych and lit. Her tests are hard and alot of information is covered, but she is very clear about what is on the test and i always learned alot in her classes. She is dramatic but a very good teacher. She is strict but definitley good.

Ms. Hulsey knows her stuff about Literature. I hated going to class, though because I did not enjoy her crazy spazmatic style of teaching. She's very dramatic, and often times just got on my nerves. She tells you exactly what's on the test--so study! I pulled out with an easy A.

Ms. Hulsey is great at what she does. Her tests are difficult, but she gives clear definitions of what is expected. She is passionate about literature, and pushes you to reach your full potential. Her class is informative, entertaining and at times profoundly moving. She has a love of southern writers, and her selection of reading materials is wonderful.

This teacher is difficult and I felt she was not fair in grading writing assignments. She changes your wording to say something totally different. I have taken other English classes since, and she's tougher than others. I didn't like her personality very much either.
