This was my first online class, and I could have used a little more feedback. Some of his grading was needlessly harsh and the feedback vague.

Taken as a requirement for CS degree so a great teacher for an easy A. Likes to ramble in allot of lectures without much notes. Only a few assignments and papers which were a breeze. Not that great if you're looking for deep conversation but rather a layman to the point joke of the modern world through philosophy

I withdrew from the class! too much work for the class. so much busy work and little to no feedback on the material, so you can't tell how to do better next time. you have to do 2 weekly assignments, discussion, a biweekly blog, and major papers all of that with no way of knowing how to improve the next time you do such assignments

He is very smart in what he teaches, he also has a great personality. However, he teaches unnecessary stuff. I got an A on this class but that's because I did my own research. Easy class, but I would of loved to learn something.

Great teacher. Can tell he loves what he teaches. Class grade based on two papers & mid-term and a final, Mid-term and final consist of 3-4 questions with at least a page response per question. Counts attendance but can miss 5 class before points are taken away. Be prepared to write a lot from this class and read the case studies and do research.

This prof's course is like brain candy, you WANT to listen to the discussions and lectures. Grade was entirely based on a few papers, 2 of which were take-home "exams", so if you're a writer this will be smooth sailing. You can tell he loves his field, definitely recommended.

I took an online course, and for nearly all the papers and tests I submitted, his only feedback was "Great Job" or "Well Done" with absolutely no explanation as to why he gave the grade that he gave. It drove me batty and made me feel like he wasn't giving his full effort. He is probably completely different in person though

Certainly made the class a lot more interesting than it could have been. Very upbeat and positive. 3 exams and 3 papers-all of which were easy. Although I've noticed he doesn't give full credits for any question-he seems to always take 1 or 2% off. Having said that tho, it is still possible to get an A. Much better than my last philosophy prof!!!

John Kennedy was awesome! He is upbeat and funny but takes the subject very seriously. He can seem to be sidetracked but you will understand the relevance when he is through. All opinions and beliefs will be treated w/equal respect & consideration & he is adept at guiding the discussion in a positive direction so that a riot does not break out! :o)

Pretty easy going professor. Class was not that difficult. Tests were pretty easy as long as you understand the general concepts presented. Can pretty much answer how you want on tests as long as you can back up your opinion.

This guy loves what he teaches. He is aware when he uses jargon or unfamiliar terminology and will explain ANYTHING you are unsure about. You won't be sorry if only you will ASK him. He is a real character and has personality to spare. This class is fun and if you follow his instructions on what to review for the test you will do well!

This teacher would like to prove that Psychology is a real profession. He uses difficult language and is a very difficult teacher.
