Mr. Gallegos is simply THE BEST!!! English is my second language, I was so nervous to take this class but Mr. G gave me a lot of confidence. Essays are very easy and he is super nice!! I highly recommend taking his class!!!

I previously failed speech at another college because the professor wouldn't thoroughly explain then speeches but professor Gallegos is awesome. He makes you feel confident when you give your speech. The lectures were never boring. Would definitely take again if I had to!

Professor Gallegos is the best! If you are afraid to take a speech class don't be with Professor Gallegos. He doesn't make you dress up all fancy to present your speech. He gives you 5 speeches and 1midterm and 1 final. don't miss class because you will miss out important information about your speeches! he is clear in what he wants, great teacher!

Super easy class. 5 speeches but we only did 4. If you act like you tried or put in some effort you'll get an A. 1 midterm, 1 final, & he'll tell you what to study in the book. Attendance not mandatory but you'll get Xtra credit if you don't miss. Really chill/cool professor, doesn't make you dress up or do any outlines. A must take for an easy A.

Mr. Gallegos is awesome! His lectures are short and clear, and we didn't really use the textbook much, but you will need it for the midterm and final which are both really easy if you study. His speeches are easy and fun to do. He's very entertaining and funny, and makes you feel confident when doing your speech. I enjoyed his class!

AWESOME PROFESSOR!! one of my favorites! Very inspiring. Gives you the opportunity to be creative how ever you want to present your speech. He also gives you the confidence to go up and present. Listen to his details on DOs and DONTs, because he gives facials during your speech. RECOMMEND! RECOMMEND! RECOMMEND!

He was a good professor, he assigned 5 speeches, you can only take a small note card up with you when you present your speech, he doesn't ask for a copy of the speech, he just wants to hear you present it and grades you off of that. You get your grade at the end of each presentation day, so you're always aware of your grade. Do study for midterm

Mr. Gallegos was an inspirational teacher, only gave us about 5 speeches for the semester. His tests were fairly easy, provides you with the topics the class prior to the test. Show up and do the speeches you should obtain an easy A. As long as your well prepared, he grades you on presentation. I would deft take his class again. :)

I took Mr Gallegos for a Speech class and learned a lot. He is a military Veteran, and is passionate about teaching as well as his students learning. Very helpful and gives good speech feedback. His expectations make sense for the class. He is not tough as an instructor, but has good expectations as you get deeper into the semester. Recommend 100%

This was my favorite class! It was fun, and I learned a lot about myself as a public speaker. After this class I have full confidence of myself in front of a large group. I actually enjoy getting in front of the class to present my speech. There are 4 speeches very easy 5-7 mins you pick your topic.

Really great teacher! He really knows what hes doing at teaching his students. I learned a lot from all his lessons and lectures and would recommend him to upcoming students taking Speech 101. Book was not necessary until looking up terms for the final"recommend using libraries book" not worth buying! Great teacher overall!

This was an easy A. He makes you feel very comfortable to make speeches. Very animated, talks about interesting things. Down to earth. Just complete all 4 speeches (he gives you a week advance prep) and midterm and you will pass with flying colors. Note: he does take attendance after breaks.

THIS PROFESSOR IS AMAZING. THIS IS AN EAST CLASS BUT YOU'LL LEARN A LOT. THERE IS ONLY A MID TERM AND A FINAL (MULTIPLE CHOICE) NO WRITING REQUIRED AT ALL-EVER. IF YOU HATE THE THOUGHT OF A SPEECH CLASS YOU'LL END UP ENJOYING THIS ONE. JUST SHOW TO EVERY CLASS.
