Her grading is extremely hard, mostly because her lectures are all over the place. Notes don't match anything in the text book and her test were not even close to her lectures. Test reviewing is non-existent with her. You have to go to the learning center if you want to pass her class. If you have a full-time job or kids good luck!

NOT worth taking her class for such a low grader. She doesn't let you keep your tests to reference back to and her grading system is irrational! Very nice lady but not the right Professor for an Intro to Law class!

One of the worst professors I've ever encountered. She's extremely rude and judgemental. Do not show up late, miss any classes or assignments. Be prepared to over participate, she will single you out and picks on you. Test are confusing, short essays must be written EXACTLY as she lectures if you miss 1 word she will fail you.

Professor Birdoff is a terrific professor. I learned so much and loved her class. She is very fair and tells you exactly what to expect. Her lectures are interesting. She has a wonderful teaching style.

She is a great professor!!!! You have to take notes and study them and u will do great. Her tests are long but if u study everything on her study guides, u will do fine. I got an A. U need to put in the effort!

When you do Briefs in her class, she goes over them in class and you don't hand it all in until the end of the semester. Sometimes she gets off track when she is lecturing so you need to read the textbook to understand what's going on. Also, her tests are really long and she's a really tough grader.

I learned so much from Prof. Birdoff. I wish I had her for all of my courses! She makes the class interesting and uses good examples. Her tests are based exactly on what she teaches in class. I recommend her.

This professor is horrible, I have received no less then an "A" in all 4 of my law classes. She has absolutely no idea how to teach. If you understand something she actually gets mad at you. Her test are ridiculous and I have never seen someone grade the way she does. Six part question is worth 2pts and a 1 word question worth 10pts..yeah no. DON'T

This professor is not fair when she is grading her Test. Her teaching skills at not great at all. When you ask her good questions. She does not answers them completely and moves on. Not good at all. All she says is go for extra help.

She is very strict with attendance and lateness! So be on time! Take good notes in class! Didn't use the book too much! She could make you feel uncomfortable sometimes! But overall good ptofessor! Recommend!
