class is too easy, she messes up on the tests, to where you will most likely know more than the teacher does. often late to class about 10-15 min. and often times you can just get up and walk out, and not miss anything at all

Dr. Campbell is very boring in class. She likes to lecture for the entire two hours without using anything but her notes that you don't have access too. The class is easy enough if you read some of the book and work, but Dr. Campbell is not very helpful.

If you're looking to take her comp 1200 class, i would recommend taking it. Class if VERY boring which makes it hard to attend but it's a GPA booster. Attendance is 5%. Lab attendance isn't mandatory, most labs can be done from home. 4 exams, Lab assignments, and a final. Real easy A, but you might want to bring a pillow to class.

It wasn't too bad in regards to content. Also, Mrs. Campbell is not a bad professor if you know your CS stuff. If you don't though, I would not expect her to be very helping. The worst part of the class is the lab, or lack there of. You are assigned labs that you must do that are graded by a GA and the requirements are very vague.

This professor is so boring. This class is incredibly long because she is monotone and boring. Approx. 5 students are in each class. Maybe 20 on test days. Labs are easy. Attending lab is not mandatory. No other prof to take as she is the only one teaching COMP 1200. Not hard but you will have to push yourself to attend this class.

This teacher was okay for me in COMP 1900, but this semester in 2150 she is horrible. Doesn't give barely any examples. Is not very helpful and acts as if she doesn't care overall. They need to re-evaluate the CS dept at the UofM or something. I have never seen so many students drop a class so quickly and so many because of a certain professor.

Mrs. Campbell is the best computer science teacher anyone could ask for. She is very nice, interesting, and helpful. Some people didnt understand the material simply because they didnt pay attention and skipped class ALOT. It's okay if u miss a few days..but not 10 or so..OVERALL: she's a great teacher, wish there were more like her.

She was a good teacher that covered all concepts thoroughly, and gave precise Java examples. Knows her stuff. Coming to class is important, because she covers everything that will be on tests, the book should only be used as a reference, when youare doing the programming assigments. My only complaint; that she was 15 minutes late to EVERY class.

Very knowledgeable teacher although instructions for assignments can be confusing at times. As long as you go to class, pay attention, and play around with Java on your own, you should do well.

the problem people have with this class is not with the professor herself, because she actually is an OK teacher who is willing to help and knows her stuff. the fact that a chalkboard is being used to teach progrmming is just ridiculous. There needs to be a way to demonstrate in class how the programs work. Without the lab, i would be very lost.

A lot of students like her, but I did. Classes like COMP 1900 weed out a lot of people, so of course they'll complain. She really knows a LOT about CS. She will answer any questions you have, just ask. Grades fairly. Don't be fooled by getting to use notes/book or take home work, it is not easy. Get started as soon as she gives out assignments.

Hard to understand, very confusing. She knows the material but her teaching and methods are horrible. Taking her class made me change my major. I would definitely go with somebody else.
