Keith is an amazing person and professor. He genuinely cares about his students and cares that they learn and make a difference with the work that is done. He is always available to students, gives useful feedback and makes you want to learn and go to class! Truly one of the most inspirational professors I have ever had the good fortune of having!

Professor Dayton is one of the best professor in Kelley! He's an easy grader and really shows his care for his students. As long as you show him your effort on the project, he will give you an A. He makes us sing "Indiana, Our Indiana" at the beginning of every class..

This class involves a lot of group projects. Put in the time and effort into the class and it'll be an easy A. He's a very easy grader and wants to know you actually put the effort in creating a well developed team paper. Attendance is also important and he makes his lectures as enjoyable as possible.

Comment:

Dayton is by far the best Professor I had in IU. He cares about all of his students and he still remembers me after a year. Great guy that gives good lecture and grade cus he wants us to pass. Would take again.

Must go to class! It's a pain to go and sit through because you can't text, talk, or do other hw, but seriously the easiest class at IU. Dayton cares about his students, but seems to have some organizational issues. He tries to be on top of it all, but sometimes slips up. Just get this class done and secure your A+ to boost your GPA.

Honestly, BUS X220 is a class where he doesn't need to teach much and most of the classes have guest speakers but that's just because it's that kind of a course. He on the other hand, is actually interested in every student who does go for x220 and is a sincere and helpful teacher. You'll get an A just because it IS X220.

Prof. Dayton is a nice guy, almost too nice for his own good. When a cheating scandal came out this semester, he did not flunk a single person and the kids who played by the rules were put at a disadvantage in the end due to the curve. Lectures are pointless. I felt that all I paid for in that class was K-Lead. Would not suggest this instructor.

Probably one of the nicest professors ever, but that doesn't change the fact that his grading scale is ridiculous. People cheated on the online exam and he STILL put the class on a curve. And yes, this curve hurt us! I got a B when I should have had a B+. And I'm not an idiot greek person who cheats their way through school. NOT FAIR.

The online tests were really poorly organized. They would have trouble loading, and people cheated on the first exam because he posted answers right after completion and left a huge time window for people to share...The grading is on a curve and the most recent distribution showed a 83% at a C+. Everything comes down to your online tests :(

I think he does care about his students, but part of it is superficial because in a class of 300 people I doubt he really "loves" us all like he says. You do have to go to class though or you'll miss out on when he does in class assignments worth about 20 points. Oh and make sure you read the chapters - he hardly goes over any of the text.

For X220, he was extremely easy. The class is useful for composing your resume, but other than that, is pretty boring. Definitely, a good guy who's willing to help you, but don't expect to learn a whole lot in this class. Easiest pre-req for Kelley.

He is by far the most worthless teacher teaching the most worthless class I have ever had. He makes you come to class where you learn absolutely nothing and then tells you he loves you when he has no clue who you are. Going to this class twice a week is a complete waste of time. I had more competent teachers when I was in 1st grade.

The class teaches some interesting principles although a lot of it is repetitive. Prof. Dayton is one of most friendly and best professors at IU.
