Kirstin is one of the best teachers I've ever had. She takes the usually uninteresting subject of English and makes it entertaining. Kirstin sets her students up for success. If you do your part you will enjoy this class.

Comment:

Can't say enough good things about Kirstin. This is a writing intensive course with many papers due in a short amount of time but she makes it feel effortless. Honestly wants her students to succeed, cares about each of us and even knows our names and remembers things about us. Makes coming to class fun and something to look forward to.

Kirstin made a really big impact on my education and overall approach to school and life. She is really funny but also teaches really really well. I never felt like I was being told something just to pass a test, but I was really learning and enjoying myself. I cannot say enough positive things about her.

She is the type of teacher that will give you amazing feedback on your papers. She also responses back to emails and phone calls as soon as she can which is usually the next day or even the same day. Honestly she made me love writing papers more then I ever had and made me understand something that I wasn't able to before her class.

I really loved Kirsten Cronn-Mills! She made class so much fun and she is truly an amazing teacher. She tells you straight out what's expected. I loved English prior to her class but she made the learning refresher so much easier to go through. I highly recommend her.

I went to SCC a couple years ago and of all of the profs I have had through the years Kirstin has been the best. I took 3 or 4 of her classes and I'm not even an English major. She genuinely cares about her students and it shows every day. She has fun in class but still gets a ton of work done. She will make time to help you out.

This was a great class to take with Kirstin. I've heard other profs at SCC teach this class differently and make it totally boring. She's a great prof and always available to help if you need it. Beware of late assignments, though. She seriously docs points if you turn in anything late. Don't be worried about the final, but study a bit for it.

Well, it was an alright class. Kind of boring, the graphic novels were okay... a couple of them i didnt like at all and were stupid as can be. Really easy, she sets the rules and you follow them and thats it. Shes helpful and makes sure that a person can understand whats going on.
