SUCH A MEAN PROFESSOR! do not take him. he insults you during midterms and finals if you dont follow one tiny direction. i mean you are already stressed out about taking the final and midterm ... and a professor insulting you isnt the best thing ever.

Prof was nice - funnny old man BUT class was NOT EASY! Ppt slides went by too fast - hard to grasp information w/o reading the book. SI leaders didn't help that much. Students were always confused about material.Class avg for final was a D still Wilson did not curve. Midterms/ Final were pretty hard. I worked hard in this class but still got a B-.

The class is easy, but the way the professor teaches is very confusing. Trust me. If you want to do good your best bet is to read the book. AND DO THE PRACTICE PROBLEMS. They are very helpful when it comes to what is on the test.

This professor isn't that hard if you go to his office hours and pay attention during lecture. However, his exams are very tricky, so pay attention to the little details! If you put enough hours of studying, you'll pass easily. :)

sample tests are alot easier compared to the actual exams although discussion quizzes as simple, not enough time to even finish the exams, NO CURVE. like the previous person, i looked at the ratings and figured he'd be an easy professor and hes not...

Pretty hard class. Went into the class expecting an A because of all the stuff on RMP saying how easy he is... but I was quickly proven wrong on the first midterm. His practice midterms aren't exactly similar to the midterm itself. He will, however, put 2 or 3 questions that appear from the sample exam on to the midterm. Lecture is a waste of time.

For the most part he is nice but the class is pretty hard. There is no curve whatsoever though he does give a small amount of EC. He goes through the lecture too fast so you better check the slides online. Take another prof if you can.

Dr. Wilson is very knowledgeable in chemistry for his age. He lectures through powerpoint slides, and posts all lectures online. He does tend to move through examples real fast. There are 3 midterms, 1 final. He does post sample midterms but they are nothing compared to the real midterm. In fact, they are much harder. Avoid.

THE EASIEST AND BEST CHEMISTRY TEACHER ON CAMPUS! He makes sure that you get the material by taking the time to ask students if they have any questions and he will always answer them until you understand the material. He posts sample midterms and its similar to the actual tests. Overall, nothing bad to say about him. Hes the best!

Nice old man. He's amusing as a lecturer because his voice will raise into a yell when something is important...and sometimes when its not. His tests are really similar to the practice midterms he gives out so if you study even just that you'll do fine. I got an A on the final just by memorizing answers from my midterms.

Wilson is the best chemistry teacher I've ever had at this school. He truly cares about his students. His tests are VERY similar to the practice tests; he never puts anything he hasn't gone over in class on the test. Do the homework and practice tests and you are guaranteed an A! As for his hotness, he reminds me of a cute old grandpa :)

By far the best chem prof on campus. he is really helpful and he tells you what you need to know for the exams. Midterms are basically what he teaches in lectures and his practice midterms are very useful. Great Teacher!

A very great and helpful professor.Class is a must to attend, he really highlights what is important. Homework is done online, but you can take as many guesses as necessary until you get it right. Discussion quiz's are very simple and the T.A's go over it right before the quiz. The final is just like the 3 prior midterms, so be sure to review them!

Great professor. Really cares if you learn or not. I would recommend going to lectures throughout the whole quarter and reading the book. The sample midterms are exactly the same as the tests but don't be fooled cause people still end up with bad grades. If you want a good grade, attend class, read the book and do problems in the book.

Amazingly helpful professor. He makes a Powerpoint presentation for every lecture and puts them online beforehand, for example. He seems to be disappointed when nobody asks questions in lectures. Lectures are clear and extremely understandable. Sample midterms and past exams will SAVE your life. Use these as your anchors to do well in this class.
