The most unorganized teacher to work at Canadore college, will give you 15 minutes before class to study for a test. Does not explain assignments and then will dock you marks for not including things that he never mentioned. Will almost put you to sleep with his mono tone voice and repetitive stories. Makes you pay for a program you barely use.

Spent 2 hours of class every week with him for the last 4 months, didn't learn anything from him. Brings in presenters to teach the class about career options. Doesn't know a single students name in first year Police Foundations even though he is the coordinator. Uses a third party program (costs 150$) to test students instead of making his own.

Leo is an outstanding teacher, he, as well as Mike, Norm, Al, and Dave are all experienced, and dedicated individuals. There experience and wisdom are appreciated throughout the student body. Unfortunatly, Leo's jokes are incredibly corny, but they are still appreciated :)
