He is AMAZING!!! I never thought I would have a professor who would make me think about literature the way he did. I took his class many years ago, but his legacy still lives. I was an art major, and because of him I teach English now.

He is a wonderful professor...a little strange and definitely quirky, but i appreciated his dry humor and deep literary ideas. The course didnt require much reading. 4 papers, the topics were fairly subjective but he requires lots of examples backed from the text. He outlines basically everything he expects in the paper during class. Offers bonuses

I thought he was funny at times..the class is easy I find. He gives many voluntary classes in which you can go so he can revise your essay. He gives points for every time you use the writing center. I loved this class! He has a VERY dry sense of humor that kept me laughing the whole time. He gives daily quizzes but if you read the assigned stories, you'll do fine.

Mr. Stall will excerise the part of the brain that you never thought you had. He has a certain way getting through to students. Hes very deep. Guys, do not take this crazy man. I was an honors english student in high school & when I got to him I failed the class. His book tests arent bad, but his paper topics are so off the wall. very funny guy. keeps class interesting. tells u exactly what he wants. do what he wants and youll be fine. always lets class out at least 30-45 minutes early. some classes not even mandatory. very helpful. i will take him for 102.
