Secretary Albright is an inspirational figure, and I'm so glad I got into the course my senior spring. I was expecting great stories when I signed up, but in addition to her practical experience, Sec. Albright does a great job both teaching and inculcating the theory of foreign policy practice to us. The memo assignments were great practice!!!

possibly one of the most inspiring classes i've ever taken. not just because you've got somebody who has such real experience teaching you, but also because the people you're working and learning with are equally as exceptional. the feint hearted need not apply. many hyperintelligent A students crumbled during the simulation.

She's an institution. Her lectures are great and she brings amazing guest speakers. The Role-Play is a fantastic experience. Lots of work, but show your dedication and you can do well. A must take class!

I didn't really learn anything new from the class but the roleplay exercises were a lot of fun and Madeleine tells great stories. She isn't a very good lecturer though. Definitely worth taking, but not as good as you might expect.
