This class is required for HRM degree. As far as I know it is only taught in the summer. She is very fair to students. In this class we use a simulation. Make sure to get a good group of people that you can count on. It is not hard to get an A or B.

Great professor! Really cares about teaching you, always such a nice person and helpful. Class was never difficult, lots of group or partner activities and time flies by. Gives great examples and activities are fun. Hardly ever keeps you in the full time. I learned a lot in this class and would def recommend her to anyone!

She is so nice! One of the easiest teachers I've ever had. Just go to class and get an easy A. I don't understand why anyone would complain about her. She also makes class interesting by always doing activities.

She really loves negotiations. I didn't know if i would like this class in the beginning, but i made it through ok. Only 2 tests and a case study or two, but she lets you know what will be on the tests and what sections to read in the book. The lectures aren't very fun, but the in class exercises are interesting and somewhat enjoyable. Easy A.

She's a firm believer in what she teaches. I enjoyed having her and am strongly considering getting a masters degree in HR. Her tests are fair and easy as long as you understand the material.

Teacher is not hard test are easy but page is unorganized and you do not get much explanation even when you email her. If you have to ake her tough take the internet course it is much better than sitting through her class.

This teacher likes to share her opinions, more than facts or different view points. She is like a labor union cheerleader. She is also very ditzy.She was constantly late, and often showed up with her kid.

Easy class, but you never know what's going on, and what needs done. Very disorganized. Hard to follow, therefore you'll loose interest and will ask people around you what the heck is going on...jsut to find out they have no clue either.

Dr. McInerney is not so difficult, but her class is very unorganized and you never know what you need to do to get a good grade. Her tests are completely erratic and make no sense at all. The material you cover in class is not on the exam... I looked.
