This class is the bane of my existence. Hardest class i've taken at UNG. He grades papers based on his opinion of the topic you wrote about. The feedback on my last paper was like wow this is a great paper and you followed the instructions, but i dont agree, so heres an 80. Gives pop-quiz-like assignments every other day for participation.

Got a 97! It's possible. He drops 4 lowest module grades and lowest test grade. Exams are all MC. Lectures are provided (though long) as are videos (helpful). Discussions must include info from lectures, videos, and books.If you understand the material and concepts, its an easy A. I was able to dedicate one day per week. Two at most.

I enjoyed this class and I got a B. I agree with everyone else his tests did not have enough time way too many questions and not enough time. The discussion posts were easy and straight forward. I enjoyed the videos even though there was too many of them for one module. Overall he was a good professor.

This class was too easy. I took it online half semester. His quizzes and test are the same as every other psychology prof. (just google the question to find the answer). 2 essays 4 exams. Exempt final if A achieved on all 4 exams. 12 graded activities(5 are quizzes) only 8 count toward your grade

Easy class but requires work. Follow syllabus schedule, read material and watch lectures. Textbook, videos and lectures complement each other. Practice quiz questions are the same as exams. 2 papers. Several scheduled quizzes and online discussions. Loved it!!

Tests very difficult. You have 65 minutes to answer 50 questions, a little more than 1 min per question. Paper assignment extremely vague and too broad to even attempt to tackle in 6 pages. Weekly time requirement is too high for online course - long reading, several hours of lecture, and videos...all on test so you must review it all.

Avoid his online class. Structured as if it is the only class you are taking. Expect extensive weekly readings,hours of lectures you must review (test questions are pulled from them that are not in the readings), & multiple videos each week. I do appreciate the different learning tools, the class is not conducive while also working full time.

Dr. Griffin teaches the same style everyday. It is always a powerpoint and listening to him lecture. His tests are extremely hard, no matter how much you study. He does offer in class activities for an easy A if you are paying attention to lecture. He also offers an occasional extra credit opportunity. Over all, kind of boring and A LOT of work.

He only gave us lectures over the power point that he uploads on icollege, he gave us 3 quizzes, 1 of those quizzes were a group effort although it was extremely hard. We had 3 papers in the class, 3-4 pages each paper. Not a lot of work involved in class, but it involves a lot of reading and attentiveness during class.

His tests are hard but it will balance out with the Essays and open book quizzes. Do well on them and you will be fine.I never really showed up 4 class I got more reading on my own. But, he does take of a few points if absent. I was absent about 11 times and still had a good Participation grade. Highly Recommended!

Dr. Griffin is a great teacher. I thought his lectures were informative and interesting. I found that the exam online open book (Exam #2) was the hardest compared to the in-class exams. I recommend taking this class with Dr. Griffin.

I took his class online and it was very hard. When you read through the chapters, it will seem easy.. but when you take his tests you're like WTF? The amount of time allowed to take the tests are unrealistic. The only proof of humanity in this man is when he added 5 points to everyones final average.

HE IS THE WORST PROFESSOR YOU CAN TAKE WITH. I HAD HIM ONLINE AND HE GAVE US 60 CONCEPTUAL QUESTIONS IN 75 MINUTE ONLY AND NEVER CURVES.I LOVED PSYCHOLOGY BEFORE GOING TO THIS CLASS AND NOW I HATE IT. WHENEVER I EMAILED HIM AND ASKED HIM SOMETHING HE DIDN'T HELP ME. HE IS VERY RUDE IN ANSWERING EMAILS AS WELL. DO NOT TAKE THIS GUY
