Definitely one of the worst English teacher I have ever had. She is sooo sarcastic! Not to mention a smart mouth. She discourages any one whose first language is not English. Also she grades very harshly and is never satisfied with anything. Not clear and unfair . Avoid her class at all costs safe yourself the bad experience.

Very easy class! I would def. recommend her, only gives out four 2pg essays the semester. But you HAVE to do them right because she grades harsh, not hard at all if you pay attention and read your book. Nice attitude and personality :)

Good teacher. Material is dry, but it is English (argumentative writing) after all. Sarcastic jokes from time to time. This class is not hard but you MUST do the reading in order to PROPERLY complete your assignments. If you like missing class or not turning in assignments, you will not pass this class. She is fair but stern with missed work

Prof. Rutter is a great English professor!she is always helpful and nice and can be random and funny most of the time,but that's what makes her awesome!When you email her with any questions or concerns with any assignment,she will respond to you quickly with great advice/feedback on them.Just do all the work and you'll pass with an "A" like me :).

Ms. Rutter is funny. She has a very big humor which is really good. She is nice and she will teach you how to write. Her class isn't that easy, you must work in order to get the grade you want. You will learn how to write once you're done with her class. I recommend taking her class!

I really enjoyed her class. I think that it would take a small brain to to beleive that her jokes are personal-they are not funny- but I don't think they can be taken personal either. I agree with the class being easy.
