She is one of the best professors Ive had! The class may seem difficult but it is what you make of it! You can love that class if the effort is put in, or it could be the class you hate if thats what you so chose.

Professor Turrano is one of the best professors I have had! She is always willing to help and makes her classes very enjoyable! She adds humor to her lectures, and allows all of her students to feel free to add conversation into the class! Highly recommend to any student!

Shes great. Not only does she care about students academic success but she care about students potential for growth outside of the classroom. Shes a kind soul and the best professor Ive had yet. Shes approachable and honest when conversing.

Professor Turrano is tough but fair. I gained so much from her class. The biggest difference is more confidence in my writing skills. She is very accessible outside of class and will answer any questions you may have. She will also provide help outside of class hours by email. I am taking two more of her classes the next semester.

Professor Turrano was my favorite professor so far. She takes the time to really help you get the best grade possible and she is very personable! I would definitely recommend taking her!

In Turrano's online class, you should definitely read the writings for quizzes, but other than that I didn't really use either book; I did not touch the Easy Writer book at all. She gives amazing feedback on essays and really wants you to succeed. It may take her a day or two to respond to emails but she is eager to answer any questions.

The classes that I have took with Professor Turrano have given me the tools, knowledge, and resources that I have used to succeed in many other courses. She is a passionate professor who goes above and beyond to help her students. Genuine and funny. You will enjoy coming to her classes. Her courses are not the easiest, but believe me, worthwhile.

Professor Turrano was one of my favorite teachers because she inspires you to become a better writer. She even gives you the chance to revise your essays for a better grade. She is stern when grading but fair. I found her class refreshing and would take it again!

Professor Turrano has a very good teaching style. She forces students to actually read the material by giving quizzes often, and she loves to hear people's opinions when it comes to stories read in class. My only issue was her grading. She would grade a paper, I would make corrections and hand it in, and then still recieve a lower grade.

Professor Turrano is wonderful!! Come to class and work for your A and she will help you get there! You get what you give with her, so don't be a slacker and you should love her class. Definitely a professor that wants you to learn and grow, but will make you work hard for that!! All in All 5 out of 5 stars from me! (Female, 18, Nursing Major)

Great teacher! I would definitely take Professor Turrano again. She is very fair with grading and gives students an opportunity to revise their work if they did not do well the first time. Basically, as long as you're not lazy and do your work you will pass. She also gives great feedback on papers and shows ways to improve your writing.

Prof. Turrano was a reasonable professor. She doesn't give out an easy A, but if you show that you are willing to do the work, she offers help. She was lenient with some students who gave good excuses for late work, but don't press your luck. She is sweet and a great teacher to have for your first college English course!

woot! I am a returning adult student who is mystified by all the fancy technology these kids use today. But, Professor Turannno made me feel like I was Steve Jobs or some ssit. We read some great tales of love and woe. She always helped me with my writing techniques and my soc prof says I am the best writer in the world! Thank you!
