I had this guy as a chamber music coach when I was in high school many years ago. I had no idea I was being trained by such a genuine master in the arts. I wish I knew at the time who it was I was calling "Mr. Lipsey". He didn't belong there. He was doing the music director a favor being there. He knew his stuff. For sure. That was 24 years ago.

This guy is an ****, egomaniac and a Napoleon complex all wrapped into one. DO NOT TAKE HIM if you can help it. He has no ear for talent and tells the not so good players nothing to help the band improve and tells the good-excellent players how annoying they sound. Well, as far as I'm concerned, he oughta work on his attitude first and foremost.

He's kinda immature and forgetful. A student in my class told him ahead of time that she needed to miss the date of the final, but he forgot and now she has to take the final in SEPTEMBER!!!!!
