Brewer is by far the best professor at SBU. He genuinely cares about his students and wants them to succeed. This man has been through everything and remains positive and faithful. His office door is always open and he is willing to help out anyway he can. He is very understanding. Brewer is a huge asset to the psych department!!

This is a genuinely good man. He's so extremely helpful and will do lots for you to do well in his class. He's not the easiest teacher, but it makes you actually learn something from the class. I definitely recommend psychology majors to take him. Typically 4 tests, multiple choice, in ab psychology just a few essays. Study, you get an A.
