I took History 10B and History 15A with him and both times I received a B. Lectures are heavy and last the entire class period. Midterms consists of multiple choice and short answer. He is a very sweet, caring man and doesn't hesitate to help his students. One time, he played his guitar for us (and he's really good!) 10/10 professor, hard classes.

This Professor is very verrrry lecture heavy. He talks the entire class period non -stop BUT he is very very knowledgable. He knows his stuff and tries his best to be interesting, but it drags. His midterms (3 of them) are really really hard and there's a few quizzes in there too. Overall not a bad class, but not for those who get bored easily.

He's very nice. Gives lectures very well. However, his slides don't have points. Its just main points then you'd have to listen to him for important details which isn't helpful since you can be writing down what he's saying but not catch the next thing. His quizzes are dumb b/c it'll ask specific things that you'll for sure pass over in the reading

Professor Cirivilleri is a solid professor who knows his stuff and is easy going. His class is very lecture heavy and the class has 3 midterms, final, and a couple of quizzes so there is plenty of testing. Group work is also graded as groups meet after each quiz. Make sure you take good notes, look at his exam and quiz outlines, and participate.

Took 15A with him, he's an okay professor. He pretty much wants you to go see him in his office hours to talk to him. Not very good at replying or looking at emails. He's very detailed and particular regarding his exams and quizzes, so make note of everything he says and in the assigned readings. You do have to show up for discussion groups.

Very easy class. Good guy. Study guides are posted online, there are 3 easy midterms tho. There are a few online quizzes, also easy. Overall, the class is interesting and doesn't require too much time outside of class.

The most difficult class you could ever take. On average, his class gets C grades. Even if you do the homework completely and accurately hell give you a low score. Very tough grader. His 3 midterms are extremely hard as well, they include 50 questions and timed for an hour. I usually get A grades and I was getting a D in his class

He just made us use a website to learn the history, very boring as it is, made it worse that the lectures weren't his own to make it easier for us to learn. Our whole grades were tests, no normal assignments just tests. Didn't feel like he taught us at all, just put our test grades in and got paid for it.

Show up and take notes on the slides and EVERYTHING he says. If you write down the slides but don't bother taking notes on his explanation of these key points you will struggle immensely. As for the online quizzes, highlight names, places, and keypoints in the books it will help you locate answers quicker cause he tends to ask irrelevant questions.

Professor Cirivilleri is the WORST instructor I've ever had. Grading super hard. Not response to email. I studied a lot for this online class and still got a C finally. This is my first and only C at college. I would NEVER recommend to take him. I really regret taking his class. What I got for my hard work was BAD GRADE and frustration.

This class consist 4 HARD online quizzes, 3 midterms and a final. His lectures arent exactly mandatory but I feel like a good student whenever I go to them, youll need about 3 diff books for this class . His quizzes are like no other and are very detailed, avg grade is C normally. His test are 50Qs and 3 short answers, dont take unless u gon TRY

He is literally the worst professor. About 94% of your grade is just tests, quizzes, and the final which are each very hard. Gives no homework to balance out and help your grade. Each test you need to know at least 85 vocab words very detailed. Be ready to fail, because I did. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND EVER. If you don't want to fail, DONT TAKE HIM

He is a really good professor, but his midterms are really hard! study guide consists of 40+ terms that you need to understand and memorize! Lecture is heavy he gives out a lot of information! Most of his quizzes are based on super irrelevant and small details making them a bit more harder than what they should be.

Great lectures for a very interesting and engaging history class. The book is great, and there is a lot of reading. Use the midterm study guide of terms and take notes on the terms presented during lecture. then go through text and right down what is relevent to the term. Practice the essay questions before the exam for an easy B

Solid Teacher. If you show up to class and take good notes, reading the chapter before he lectures on it, you're set to pass the class. Everything he lectures will be on the test so no tricks here. You Will learn US History.

Cool dude. This class is basically a test taking class with (what feels like) long lectures. He's a little monotone, but you can tell he enjoys his job. Lots of reading (A chapter a week, consisting of 30+ pages) and will be quizzed on each one. Awesome professor, but a challenging class. Take if you are willing to put in work with studying a lot.

Lectures a lot and only has 8 assignments - 4 paper exams and 4 online ones. The online ones are super irrelevant with questions asking for small details irrelevant to the book (what was this guy doing at the time? - chewing gum, nothing, laughing). His whole class seems to be based off these 8 tests, which isnt good because they are tedious.
