Overall if you study and do your work the class is an easy A. Each week we had a chapter to read, a pretest, a training session, a post test, and your choice of one of two projects. About every 3 weeks there was an exam. In my opinion the reading was optional, if you did the review training instead of the reading it's a real time saver!

Made success in the classroom very obtainable. Consistent with the course syllabus and graded assignments timely. Made sure everyone understood the material at hand, which help make class enjoyable. Highly recommend taking his class.

Comment:

Favorite teacher so far! The assignments for the class were all given on the first day. Everything is laid out very neatly on a excel spreadsheet so you can follow each week and get ahead if you wanted to! Professor Murphy always replied to my emails very quickly and gave me feedback which was very much appreciated. You will not be disapointed!

Third week in, already 5 weeks ahead. Ryan is straight forward and caring. I wish I hadn't bought the book. Mostly on SAM which teaches & tests in exactly the same way. One review training, SAM path, and module project per week. A week off for Thanksgiving. Multiple tries for trainings, paths, and projects. Four exams, one final. TAKE HIM HES COOL

I took two classes with Mr. Murphy; Access and Excel. Great Professor! Explains material very well and works through assignments with you to give you hands on practice. Hands down one of the BEST professors at Sinclair Community College!

His patience was excellent dealing with difficult students. He intertwinded the coursework with the real world in an interesting and knowledgeable way. He did videos for the coursework was extremely valuable. IF you don't mind hard work or homework, I would highly recommend him. He is great with the online courses.

Wonderful teacher online. Very helpful and gives great feedback. Answers emails about questions you have within the day. Use the textbook and you will be fine. I highly recommend taking any class he is teaching. I am already signed up for a class he is teaching in the fall.

Ryan is an awesome teacher! Everything is done on the computer and online, but you also use the textbook as well for homework. It's really easy unless you're just beginning to use a computer. Overall, Ryan is really helpful and very understanding.
