This semester I have reached out to this professor 3 times. It's been weeks without a response. The final is 2 days from now and I've pretty much given up on hearing back. How can you ignore students taking an online course?? The class itself is very easy, but that's because it's through Cisco and the website handles everything for the professor.

. Do not take this class online with him. The course itself is pretty easy, but good luck contacting him if something goes wrong. It took weeks for me to get a response back if any response at all. I wasn't the only one, the entire class had a problem contacting him. So good luck getting any help.

His English is not so good. So sit in the front of the class so that you can understand better. I took this class at night, so he would give breaks in between lectures and he does go off topic alot, making jokes so that he can keep us awake. You would need the book to understand better and to pass the tests. Take home midterm, quizzes, and final.

I took his intro to info science course online and it was great. Navigating the site (myitlab) was confusing if you dont kow it but assignments/tests were clear and helpful and not that hard. The Final CAPSTONE project on the other hand is a lot of research and work that is really pointless if computer science is not your major, as in my case.

Comment:

Intro to computers is pretty dull when reviewing the text but Mr. Anyangwe enjoys conversation and gets distracted easily, his jokes/wisdom help the the class move along. The "Skills" projects are extremely helpful when it comes time to do the homework!! Put in the effort, he wants everyone to succeed.

he is an extremely helpful. I've taken him for every computer class he has and I still am taking his classes and he will not let you fail if you try. he knows what he's talking about and he makes it easy and fun to learn. but if you surf the net in his class he will take your computer over and put it up on the main screen.

Very good teacher. he wants you to succeed. dont be stupid and surf the internet in his class. he will catch you and single you out. he also makes the class very fun. he likes to jokes around and sometimes he jokes around with the students and we all had a great time.

Very nice teacher! I had no trouble with his accent. I think the people who did have a problem should stop browsing Facebook during class and just pay attention. It was a hard class but I studied, asked questions, and got a B. Sabum's a nice guy and is willing to help. Great sense of humor.

I would say the worst teacher I have had at harford. He is a nice guy but almost useless as a teacher. Futhermore it is almost impossible to get a straight answer from him concerning anything. Your best bet is to read the textbook and his power point hand outs and find a tutor.

Great Prof. He cares if you care! If you're going to come to class and spend all your time on myspace he'll call you to the carpet. If you do your work, show up for class, and participate you'll be fine. Sabum has a good sense of humor and is a great guy.

Although Sabum has an accent, he does speak well and is easy to understand. All test questions come from the textbook and lectures. If you need help he is willing to assist you. I believe him to be an assest to the college because he imparts a vast amount of knowledge to his students. Come to class-do the work-read the text-ask for help = an "A"

He is awful. His lectures are amazingly boring, and more often than not he'll end up lecturing you on life and how "ungrateful" and lazy kids are. It's true that his tests are multiple choice, but he doesn't teach you anything that's on them. You rely so heavily on the book, that he's not even necessary. Do yourself a favor and don't take his class

He's a nice guy and he's funny, but the simple fact is that his quizes confuse the crap out of people. He doesn't actually go over the information that will be on them, so it's completely new information you're seeing... -on a freakin test. And even if you get all your class work done early he gets majorly po'd if you leave early. I don't reccomend

It was a horribly boring class, and if you didnt stay until the very last minute he would mark you absent for the entire class. You cant understand anything he says, and he treats the students as if they're stupid.

pretty easy grader but the only thing I learned all semester was that I couldnt understand him. When he called on me I would just smile and shake my head, it always seemed to work well.
