Comment:
Had Salman for statistics and she was kind of hard to understand. Though I did okay in her class overall. She had a family emergency during the last couple of weeks of class and a few were canceled before another professor took over. Which was very hard to cope with.

The class wasn't too dificult, especially if you have had even a little statistics in high school. She is willing to answer your questions as long as you ask. Overall, she's a good teacher and nice person. I didn't have any problems understanding her.

She's a really nice teacher - but she struggles with fully communicating the concepts learned in class. Her English is very good considering her first language is probably Arabic, but if you struggle with math at all, you will want someone who speaks English as a first language.

She is mean. If she loses control of the class, she gets meaner. She is always stressed. Does not explain material fully. You have to rely on the book for help. Her tests are worded poorly.

She isn't very helpful and she often makes you feel stupid if you don't understand something. She yells a lot and she makes you stay until the very end of class. She has a very heavy accent and is very hard to understand.

For a foreign prof she was very easy to understand. I hate anything math related, and i'm not good at it either. I got a B in the class just by going and doing the homework. Take the course in the summer if you can because it goes by very quickly.

She was part time when I took the class, so she felt that she needed to get through the book no matter how well the students understood what was covered. She is foreign and thus doesnt understand America very well, nor does she understand the environment of KVCC; in other words she thinks it is yale and teaches like she is Allah (or God in america)

She might mean well, but she is a terrible instructor. She continually is irregular in grading assignments and exams, giving some students more credit that others for the same answers. Barely speaks English, which makes it even harder. Very unclear on exams and still marks students down for not doing things that she never listed in instructions.

Overall, she's a pretty good teacher... her accent is a little difficult to understand at times, but she's really nice and her tests aren't too hard if you pay attention and do the homework
