Comment:
Doctor Littlefield for seminar was very interesting. Never a dull moment and even though she wasn't organized or specific with deadlines, she was a sweet lady. As long as you put effort into her class and be respectful it's an easy course just get ready to write

Comment:
Dr. Littlefield is the least engaging prof in Salve's ENG department. As a Lit major her lectures and teaching style are totally whacky and have no relevance to theory or actual education. She will test you on direct quotes from the reading but never shows interest in the relevance to the greater world of Lit. Unfortunately, I must take her 3 times

A really nice lady outside of class. The topic of the class was a little interesting, but her approach to papers was wacky, which was an adjustment. Not too much homework, but it is important to do it. Class could be boring

She is honestly so sweet and loves what she does!! If you can take her class for your gen ed because its super easy. She tends to go off on tangents and sometimes it can be a little boring, but overall she's really great.

I have Dr. Littlefield for a seminar class so I imagine it's more laid back than her English classes. Her assignments are super easy and don't take long to do, but she is a tough grader when it comes to papers. Follow her rubrics and you'll do fine. She's super nice and funny but can be a bit boring sometimes. You'll need the books she requires.

Straight up easy class but she's really boring to listen to. She's really sweet but if you hate presenting I would avoid this class at all costs. A decent amount of homework is given but if you get it all done and do it right you'll be fine in the class.

Is not clear with what homework assignments are due, and when. Will also assign a paper due one day, and then come to find out it gets moved back every single class; therefore printing papers and wasting papers for no reason. She will show videos in class that pertain to nothing on the tests. If you don't read, you will fail.

Lectures are okay - learn something, however she often goes off on a tangent, and they never really relate to anything on the test. A lot of tedious work. The class structure is very unorganized. In order to get a decent grade, you MUST read all of the material she assigns and use spark notes or other helpful sources!

She is such a nice and passionate person, but she is also very out there and can sometimes be annoying. She loses track of work, and her lectures have absolutely nothing to do with anything you're tested on. The class and assignments are easy, but the tests are impossible because she doesn't teach or review for them.

Passionate about her work, but very unclear on her assignments. Multiple times my classmates and I would have absolutely no clue what to do for a project; her explanations weren't much more helpful, either.

She is an amazing person and teacher. I would take her class again if I could, but I am not saying it is easy. Her tests are hard, but she gives a lot of easy quizzes so the class is easy to pass. She is honestly one of the most genuine professors I have met. TAKE HER CLASS!

A class wehre you are expected to read about 400 pages a week. She is a lovely person, but if you don't like to read, don't take this class. it felt like these books were never going to end. and her quizzes were so detailed it felt like you had to study your readings. her exams are open book so i guess its pretty easy there. but homework notso much

I have had her for numerous classes and each time I begin to like her more! As an English major her work is manageable for me, for others I hear it is dreadful. She is animated and keeps you up and always involved. Well worth your hour and fifteen

WARNING: Eng majors Only If you could not care less about Eng and hate to read get another prof. Avg pages read each night is around 200. Nice lady, does play favs although it is easy to get her to like you. Wants to see interest in the material. Her paper reqs are vague and her test random, but an A in the class isn't impossible.

I have had her 4 times and despise her more and more. Not only did we have to read 250 plus pages a week, we had a quiz every class and a 14 page paper mid-semester and then a 17 page paper for the final. Then we had to present our papers as well as do another TAKE HOME FINAL which was 10 pages in itself. Everyone in the class was up all night.

Worse class ever. Although it is a 200 level course and it is also a core class, she gave enough reading and work to make you think you were in a 400 level course. Her quizzes and tests were hard and way too detail oriented.
