Took his Jazz History online class. Loved it! Learned so much. He made it interesting. You have to do the work and study, but will get a good grade if you do. He promptly answered emails. Gave reviews for mid-term & final which helped tremendously. Highly recommend him.

Awesome guy, loves what he does. Class is not an easy A but you will get a fine grade if you just spend a couple hours studying before the quizzes. Don't miss too much class or you miss out on extra credit. Offers a ton of EC to those that ask/need it.

He's the best! His love for music is inspiring. It has made me appreciate music more. Extra credit is nice, quizzes aren't bad, no HW, random attendance, and midterm/final take lots of quiz questions. Take him in heartbeat and be thankful if you can get into his class!

great teacher who really loves music. the lectures are easy and quite basic music stuff. he even shows movie clips to emphasize his points. the quizzes are easy, and the midterm and final are the quizzes almost word for word. the best GE u can take with this prof!!

This is the easiest class ever IF you show up the begining I totally messed up and was failing but he was so nice that by the end of it I had an A i loved this class and hes so enthusiastic its really entertaining especially if u go to his concerts

LOVED THIS MAN! I LOVED THIS CLASS. He is soo passionate about music! There's a midterm, final, 5 quizzes, and randomly takes attendance. He is great at teaching the material and it is soo interesting for a GE class, well, if you like music. I really reccommend!
