I took this Intro. to Real Estate class fully online. Several BAD issues regarding which text to buy, access codes for Blackboard website, participation in discussion board etc. The most frustrating aspect of this course were the very poorly written exam questions. Several of which were WRONG. And then the same questions were on the final exam!!!

Easy A! Took 8-week course online. As long as you read all the chapters, you will do great. 8 Discussion topics (super easy). He gives 30 extra credit points for doing nothing at the end and 15 additional extra credit points as long as you attempt all the discussion questions. I got B's on my tests but with the extra credit I ended up with a 94%!

Enjoyed the class online for Fall 09. If you read the book, you will succeed. I passed the class with a "B" because of second guessing myself more than half the time, it was still worth it. Multiple choice tests/quizzes. Nice Teacher too and I learned alot.

Took this class online as a short term 8 weeks course, was fairly easy. Covered about 14 out of the 31 chapters in the book. Just read the chapters and take the quizzes. 1 quiz per chapter, 20 questions per quiz. 5 discussion questions (easy topics). No papers, no midterms, no final. Easy A, just read the book.

Ok I took this class thonking it was going to be hard. Well, this class is not hard at all. All you have to do is read the book and understand the concepts. This online class is a little tedious because you have to do the reading. Don't expect a good grade if you don't read the book unless you have previous knowledge. Class is good overall!

Dr. Jefferies challenged his students like no other professor I'd met. Quitters don't last in his class, only those serious enough to learn the material. Not the first A I ever received, just the first one I REALLY earned.

have to disagree with the post below. He does treat us like kids. He makes us unsure of ourselves instead of confident. He does teach from the book. He offers no personal experience and no real help. Easy class BUT I did not learn anything. Nothing useful for passing the exam. Take Griger instead. He has an awesome personality and give tips

Good Teacher. Do the Work, Get a Good Grade! It could seem like he treats students like kids, but that's not the case. He is a cool guy, easy going. No surprises, except for the syllabus. It seems very simple and it is! BUT...do EVERY single assignment 100%, it may be the ONLY one that counts. I screwed around & got a C =(

do not take him. he teaches from the book. he grades paper by qauntity and probably didn't read it. he makes everyone put down how much words they write. 600 gets a 60. 800 gets a 80. you can probably write a crappy paper and get a good grade. my friend did. like below said, he treat us like kids. just go to his first class. be warned.

this class is super interesting...the professor kicks ass..he's kinda intimidating at first..but has an awesome teaching method..show up evertime to class...final is 200 multiple choice open book...time consuming but easy...i got an A...very interesting class..

Do not take him. He treats us like kids as stated below. He grades papers by QUANTITY and NOT QUALITY. I wrote 600 words he gave me a 60. My friend wrote 800 words he gave him a 80. He gave us a 300 question take home final. He didn't even go over it. How are we suppose to learn if we don't know if we did it right or not? Take someone else!!!

He treats his COLLEGE students like CHILDREN. He also leads you on thinking you have the right answer when you don't which is confusing! He teaches straight out of the book. Doesn't look like he gave any personal experience to it. I'm taking the salesperson exam soon and feel i'm not quite prepared. We'll see.

Good teacher. but he treats everyone like high school children. It gets very frustrating. He takes too long to give us the answer and would sometimes make you seem like you're right when you're not. it gets confusing. he gives you a 300 question take home exam BUT does not tell you which answer is right. HOw are we supose to know if we did good?

This guy is a DICK!!! I thought it would be a great class at first, no, not at all. Jeffries is one of the worst teachers i've ever had, and I've had alot. He doesn't know half the things he talks about, but when you call him out he doesn't try to hear it. He's mean spirited and condescending. I could go on and on but it's limited space.
