Lectures follow no coherent order of information and are largely guided by the few people who actually participate in her class. All of her exams are based strictly off the notes she writes on the board and not the actual readings, though she does require "proof" (notes) of having read the material, sometimes 100+ pages. A bad experience overall.

You're gonna have at least 1 assignment due almost every other day. You only get a weekend to make a final copy. Only take her if you are expecting a lower workload from your other classes.

She really knows her stuff, and her enthusiasm for the material makes her lectures engaging, interesting, and easy to remember. Grading and exams are fair. Do the reading, show up and take notes, and you'll do great. Skip the reading and skip class, you'll have a tough time. Great teacher.

Lots of different readings that you need to print out for class, but you get points for them so it's worth it. There's no final exam and the exams are easy if you read the handouts and the lecture notes. She's very understanding and knows her stuff!

AVOID AT ALL COST. I took this professor my freshman year and then again for my junior year, and both years were awful. If you are taking her for 202c and you are an engineer you will pay. She believes that the more assignments you do the better you are at writing. She is disorganized and rarely actually instructs how properly write the assignments

Her lectures are boring and be prepared to print a lot of handouts and she checks if they are with you in class for preparation point. There is no final exam however there would be 5 midterms (the first four midterms have both mcq and essay part, the 5th midterm only has mcq part and essay is optional) there are also pop quizzes. Show up in class.

She is sort of annoying. She is a good teacher in the sense that she gives you a lot of information. A problem with this is that she throws a lot of info at you and writes very little down on the board which makes remembering this info for the quiz very difficult. She tries to dramatically re-tell the stories in class .. it gets on my nerves.

There is a lot of work to do in this class, literally an assignment is due everyday. But the best thing about this class is that "less is more" there aren't any long assignments due period. Most class is spent with her going over directions but if you are confused, JUST ASK FOR HELP and she will explain. Read your syllabus & you'll be fine.

She is extremely picky about things being her way but she is very unorganized and hard to please because of lack of clarity about what she wants. She thinks what she is doing is perfect and that there is absolutely no other way. Her directions are lengthy poorly worded and extremely unclear. It's hard to follow what we are supposed to do for class.

Do not, by all means, do not take her class for English 202D. This class is treated in her eyes as the only class on your schedule, and she will assign more work than all of your other classes combined. Her laugh pierces ears, and she will refuse to help students. Also, miss 3 classes and you drop a letter grade. I would not recommend to anyone.

She does not teach anything in class. Most of class time is spent reading the directions. Directions are lengthy poorly worded and extremely unclear. Hard to follow what we are supposed to do for class, makes it very easy to lose points often. Not a pleasant class to attend. Was taught nothing, just a lot of useless assingments

Very disorganized. Puts word documents online, 4-6 page "instruction" papers for assignments, and can't even explain what the students are supposed to do. Does not teach in class, only tries to explain these assignments (still can't get the point across). Very confusing professor. Not very nice either. Very strict with points. Do not recommend.

As long as you do the readings and attend class, it is very hard to fail. The only thing I didn't like is that there is always essay questions at the end of each exam. However, she does give you the prompt ahead of time and lets you use notes.

Overall very easy class. Follow the syllabus to the T! She is very clear in her instructions. And don't worry about the online activities. You will get the hang of it in no time. There are a lot of essays in this course, but just stay with the timeline she gives you. The work is honestly not that bad.

Very interesting class that involves a lot of reading. Quizzes are easy if you do the readings and you will get at least a B on every exam if you just do the required work. Basically if you do what she assigns, you will pass easily and might even get an A if she likes you. I recommend this class it was very interesting but time consuming.

not a very good professor...very unclear and gets confused about what she grades and when things are due...not very helpful either...maybe just because the class is useless...it could have just been how to type block letters and let us go
