Nice guy but Terrible Professor! I sat in class for 14 weeks listening to this man read out of the book. He does not know how to teach a class nor does he know how to engage the class. Cercone should make sure Professor Owens sticks to teaching electives such as ADR, Family Law or Estate Planning. These classes are within his capacity.

he is damn professor because mordern real estate planning is elective course for senior year but he gave C grade curve and the D grade to 3 or more students. over 95/100 point is A grade. what the hell. is he crazy?

The best prof at this school! He deeply cares about his students and wants everyone to do well. The in-class negotiations are challenging yet fun and I had a blast. Great textbook as well. highly recommended!

He is very mild and mellow. He listens to the students and takes in what we have to say. He is very controlled in his manners. He is one of the best profs here, great man. Very respectful and easy going.

A mellow version of Hicks. You'll never meet someone more concerned with making sure you know the material. He is proof that you can enjoy class and still learn the material. Cooley doesn't deserve him.
