Professor Guay was by far my favorite teacher at Alvernia. She really cares about her students and is interested in getting to know them as a person. There were a couple papers, but she didn't give a single test. She says shes a tough grader, I disagree. As long as you show up, put effort into what you do and participate, you will easily pass.

I took Intro to Public Speaking with her. She is the best! Even if you do a million things wrong, she will still give you an A. The only way not to get an A is to not show up for class and then you won't know what's going on. By the way, she hates it when students have high absenteeism. If you are going to miss class, at least email her.

I HAVE ONLY WONDERFUL THINGS TO SAY!!!!! SHE TOOK TIME WITH ANY STUDENT THAT ASKED FOR HELP! SHE DOES NOT PICK FAVORITES! HER DOOR IS ALWAYS OPEN. IF YOU GET A BAD GRADE IT IS BECAUSE YOU WERE LAZY!!!! NOT BECAUSE OF HER TALKING OR ANY OF THE OTHER BAD THINGS PEOPLE ON HERE SAID!! SHE IS AMAZING AND YES SHE LOVES THAT HER STUDENTS COME VISIT!!!!!!!

Ok, Professor Guay is probably one of the most caring teachers I have ever encountered at Alvernia. If you go to her with a problem she does her best to help you, without her I doubt I would have just graduated. Shes challenges her students and is very fair, just because you idiots have not been challenged yet dosn't mean she is a bad teacher.

She makes you earn your grade but she's always there if you need help. She's one of the best prffessors I've had and I highly reccomend her. The only negative thing I can say is that sometimes some of the things she says make you go did she really just say that

One of the most amazing professors I have ever had at Alvernia. Truely cares about her students and their best interests. She makes the class fun and interesting, and will make you come out of your shell. Would take another one of her classes in a heartbeat!! Definately reccommend her to anyone!!

She is very negative to the class. She literally embarasses people in front of the class. I think that she thinks this is a good way to encourage people, but it really isn't. Plus, all she does is talk about all the boards she was on and hardly does any teaching.
