Comment:
I usually have trouble staying awake in my other psych class, but Wayne is really engaging. People say he goes off topic a lot. That's true, but when he does it is important for the context. He makes some risky jokes which in my opinion is great since so many teachers are pretty stale about going out of the norm. Definitely enjoying class.

At first I really liked Wayne, even if I thought some of his jokes pushed things too far. Generally if you don't get easily offended you should be fine. His exams on the other hand- oof. If you are going to take this course with him take the time to see him outside of class. He is not a great lecturer, but seems to want to help you understand.

He said his exam was awful and it was. We started the exam 10 min early and students were still rushing to write 35 min after the exam was meant to have ended. The only reason people left early was because his questions were so ridiculously hard/off topic that they gave up and left up to 13 mark questions blank. Do not take for psych 202!

Wayne is a very eccentric professor, which is entertaining but his material is so complex and he goes very fast without posting the notes so it is hard to follow along. Exams will take you the full 3 hours because they are so long and so detailed.

Comment:
Wayne is by far the WORST professor. He is inappropriate, extremely rude and talks to his students like they are children. I worked very hard in this class and he caused me extreme stress because of his behaviour in class. The exam was 4 hours long and he chose to use different symbols than in the textbook because he "liked them better".

So he is funny but so off topic... and has this interesting belief system that is so off from what you need to know which is content for this class and what its about. Still got no information about what is psychology? All i know fav donuts from timmies is sugar loop.)

Very funny teacher. Expectations for assignments could have been more clear. Definitely could communicate better with the class.

super hilarious teacher, super knowledgeable in what he teaches and makes sure to be accessible outside of class whenever you need, even holds extra lectures if you need more help, also super caring and understanding but gives an insane amount of homework that is very challenging and time consuming and exams are long and a lot of work

Wayne is fascinating. Course wasn't particularly difficult and lectures clearly covered all test material. Only did a couple test every few chapters before exam, which was not cumulative. He's a quirky fella and definitely makes some interesting comments. Don't recommend if you're easily offended, or bothered by cursing. He's not as bad as some say

Super inappropriate in class and often spoke down on people with lower IQ's. His lectures were difficult to follow, he flew through the material and was incapable of explaining concepts for students that didn't understand. A smart man but a terrible teacher. His goals seemed to be that you could regurgitate his ideas not think for yourself.

Honestly, I enjoyed Wayne's class. Although his teaching was a little scattered, you know you are going to walk into class and have a few laughs. He is a funny guy who is willing to work with his students in order to improve the class I felt that he truly cared about his students and let them work for the grades they wanted. Thanks Wayne!

Wayne, is absolutely quirky and funny... if you have a good sense of humor and aren't easily offended. There is quite a bit of homework that you have to do online, as well as reading, and note taking. Some times he can be unclear of what he wants, and forgets to open portals for homework! so that can be annoying but over all good prof.

Wayne is quite the character. He thinks he is funny, but he really isn't. He is late every class and sometimes forgets to post homework material after class. If you need help he has tutorials and will take the time to explain stuff to you. Although, he does make very many mistakes in his lectures. If your good at teaching yourself then you pass

Wayne is incredible! Hes so funny and makes every class interesting despite the topic. For the psych 101 class I took with him all the homework was online and we had a test after every two chapters that consisted of 20 multiple choice questions and 2 short answers. He releases the homework once hes finished the chapter but sometimes he forgets

Wayne is a special. You have to be a certain kind of person to like him, he's crude but hilarious. He is passionate about what he does. He may seem a little crazy at first but Wayne is incredibly knowledgeable at what he teaches and he wants you to understand. He is super helpful and will take tons of time to make sure you get it inside and outside

Wayne is a really funny guy as long as you're not easily offended. Made a tough, boring class more interesting. Puts in an insane amount of time to provide students with extra help and is really nice. Do the reviews and go to his tutorials and you will pass. Can be hard to reach by email though, so I don't recommend for an online class.

Wayne can be frustrating with his long tangents and eccentric personality. This does however make the class slightly more interesting, as long as you aren't offended easily. Wayne definitely knows what's he's doing and how to teach statistics. His online videos and tutorials are extremely helpful. Lots of homework but it's necessary to understand!

Wayne is awesome. His 110 class is hard, but so worth it. On the flip-side, he'll give you the resources to pass. he lets you know from the start what to expect from his class. Love the online stuff. I found it provided a more hands on approach with the material. He's also super funny. hes also good about providing help when you ask him for it.
